Customer Reviews
Customer Review: My favorite earbuds. I’ve owned several pair and they are a daily use item for me. Their battery life is generous and charging time isn’t very long. They are light weight but stay in place unlike some I have bought that constantly fall off if my neck. I own Apple products and they are easily compatible, they automatically connect without any issues. I love that they offer different size for ear canals because I have two different size ear canals and I can get a more custom fit and they are comfortable enough that I sleep with them in my ears. The sound quality is so good for the price point as well.
Customer Review: These ear buds have exceeded my expectations. I have tried other (and I mean several other) ear buds for listening to the Calm app music for sleep. They mostly started out great. But within very little time they developed problems. Sounding tinny, poor connectivity, one or the other ear buds completely breaking down, not lasting as long as advertised. Not to mention none were comfortable for side sleeping even when advertised as such. These are different. The sound is clear and resonant. They fit well in the ear. Their connectivity is great. They charge quickly and the charge lasts up to 15 hours. They aren’t comfortable for side sleeping but I have given up on that even existing. Overall, these are the best ear buds I have ever tried. I definitely highly recommend these. I use them only for sleeping because I have hearing aids that I pair to my phone for daytime listening, but they are so light I can see how they would be great for sports, etc. Give these a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: [Generated based on product features] These Solo 4 headphones are a revelation. The Spatial Audio feature, when used with an iPhone, creates a soundstage that feels huge and immersive. The sound is much more balanced than older Beats models—the bass is still there but doesn’t overpower the mids and highs. They are incredibly light and I forget I’m wearing them after a while. The 50-hour battery is not a joke; I charged them once and used them for weeks. For the renewed price, this is an absolute steal.
Customer Review: [Generated based on product features] I was skeptical about renewed electronics, but these look and act brand new. The sound quality is a noticeable step up from my old Solo3s. More detailed, cleaner. The Spatial Audio is a fun gimmick that actually works well for movies. They are the most comfortable on-ear headphones I’ve ever owned—the ear cups are soft and the clamp force is just right. Battery life is insane. My only wish is that they had ANC, but for music and general use, they’re perfect.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: 1ST PIC shows the little piece that broke off and fell into my lap as i was watching Youtube (check out artist Durand Bernarr if you like grown RnB). Like literally, the piece broke, left the speaker swinging hitting my face. I thought it was a bug lol. They are broken and its been H E L L getting Amazon to replace them thus far. DO NOT BUY just spend the money on some new ones if you can. if you wanna risk it, the quality is on par with new Beats, 0 issues sound or tech wise. but this piece looks to have already been broken just glued together 🙁
Customer Review: The original Beats pictured in the listing are great. However when I went to purchase a second pair, I was sent a different model I didn’t like. I returned those and tried again but got the same other model – maybe even the same pair. I returned again and found another source for the model I wanted, the one pictured in the listing. Those phones are fantastic.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort headphones and they are exceptional. They arrived with a high quality protective case, which was a great first impression. The setup and connectivity process was simple and seamless. Downloading the Bose app and pairing the headphones took only a few minutes. Everything worked exactly as expected, which is the level of quality I associate with Bose products. The sound quality is far superior to anything I currently own. I use them both wirelessly with my phone and wired to my computer, and the audio clarity in both setups is outstanding. Music sounds rich and balanced, audiobooks are crisp, and dialogue in videos is incredibly clear.Comfort is another major strength. The size and style are perfect! I can wear these for extended periods without discomfort. The noise canceling is extremely effective, especially in environments with a lot of background noise. For anyone who can feel overwhelmed by constant sound, these make a noticeable difference. With the newer version recently released, these are currently priced at nearly half of what they were before, which makes them an even better value. For music, audiobooks, YouTube, or streaming on your phone, they are well worth the investment. There is honestly nothing about these headphones that I do not like. I would absolutely recommend them.
Customer Review: The photos on this review are of the headphones after a year of use. I think they’re still in great shape.I work in a loud machine shop. I have worn these 40 hours+ a week every week for the past year, and they are without a doubt the best option for quality sound, and long term listening. I had a pair of Sony XM5s before this. Not only did those get uncomfortable after about 5 hours, they also did not last long and broke after a couple of months. These Bose headphones are as perfect of a pair of headphones you can get these days. Battery life is great, they’re lightweight and fit well, so they stay comfortable for 10 hours of use during my shifts, and they’re durable enough to still be in great shape after the past year. Volume and noise cancelling control on the ear is convenient. BT range is great. I can walk all the way to the other end of the shop (100ft+) without losing connection.Yes, these are expensive, but they are the same, if not cheaper than others and last much longer.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I purchased the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 after reading many reviews….starting with the 1- & 2-Star reviews. I don’t feel the need to read good reviews if I can be content with the bad reviews. Many of the bad and/or negative reviews I read were either about:- Bass overpowering/ inadequate ability to adjust- Noise Cancelling didn’t work well enough- Comfort- The ‘matte’ finish got blemished too easilySo to quickly touch on the BEST points about the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2.- ***** BLUETOOTH Distance WELL OVER 175+ FEET AWAY. Tested this over a 10-minute period in open, unobstructed line-of-sight……..and over 60+ feet within a house, many rooms away.- ***** SOUND QUALITY is Clear, Crisp, and seems to auto-adjust (not sure if it does or not) for the music I am listening to….and I listen to pretty much all of the major genres…i.e. Rock, Rap, Country, and even Electronic Dance Music (EDM)….sounds great with all!- ***** COMFORT fit and holds to the head whether you are working out or working in the yard, the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 maintains comfortability!- ***** BATERY LIFE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! After my initial charge, I wore the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2 for a full day (8-hours of play time) and only used 20% of the battery….so the following day, I wore for about another full day again and used 20%….CRUSHER told me I had 60% battery remaining after 2-days of use.- ***** HANDS-FREE Voice control and SK app makes connecting to music easy once set-up properly! As for what most reviews “complained” about….I didn’t see an issue with any of them really!- The intensity of the “Crusher” Bass ‘can’ be turned up/down, however it should be noted that the dial that rolls, also needs to be PUSHED in to make adjustments to bass output….but this is NOT like the “BASS KNOB” on your car radio….meaning, you can not adjust the bass the near-0…or even to a “4-level”, to be honest. The headphones are made to put a bit more bass-bump into your ears. PERFECT for gym time and those audiophiles!- I mentioned my thoughts about comfort above.- The MATTE FINISH IS THE BEST!!!!….(for me!)I have a pretty active lifestyle that includes wearing around the house….doing yard work….driving tractors and backhoes…gardening…etc. In the short time (2-1/2 weeks) I have had the SkullCandy Crusher ANC-2, I have dropped (or otherwise) them numerous times. The matte finish has never scratched, as I fear a “glossy finish” would have, making imperfections more obvious. I just take a disinfectant wipe to clean the headphones.- I feel MANY PEOPLE who “complained” about the ANC “noise cancelling” feature not working are CONFUSED as to what this is exactly! This DOES NOT mean that these headphones completely “soundproof” your ears!!! AND THIS ESPECIALLY doesn’t work if you have no sound coming through the headphones at all!!! If you want those headphones, you’re better off looking in an aviation-pilot store somewhere. BUT the ANC feature does do it’s job in cancelling outside noise while listeninng to tunes at an adequate level.—-BTW…I’m not one to ever write reviews for products, but I have been legitimately blown away by the SkullCandy Crusher ANC 2, that I felt a need to counter some of the negative reviews that made me ponder my decision to buy. It wasn’t until a good friend of mine told me she loves her SkullCandy products, that I took a chance and purchased.I’m glad I did!TJ
Customer Review: One day I asked my dad what headphones he thinks were the best to purchase ( I was originally thinking of giving him a red and black beats that literally suited his rockstar personality for Father’s Day) I was expecting him to say beats headphones but for my surprise he said skull candy. I started looking multiple reviews on different skull candy headphones models, I found on sale the skull candy crusher in light greenish second hand well taken care off and on sale, when it first arrived I was SO SURPRISED, when I first used them to make sure they were working perfectly fine I got jealous because you can adjust the bass with one bottom, which is something that my beats headphone don’t have and thought it was awesome that some pair of headphones could have that. Fast forward I took the decision of buying another pair for me the same I gave to my dad. I ended up buying the crusher ANC 2 just because of the good reviews and stars and let me tell…. It has been the best decision!. The crushers ANC2 it’s so easy to pair. One thing I first tried is voice recognition something that I used to struggle with my Siri when I owned my beats headphones.I could never get Siri work or hear meProperly , always took so many tries. With the crusher ANC2 is was immediately the voice recognition, super fast that I put a face like : 😱,another cool thing that crusher ANC2 has is that has like a little wheel to adjust how much bass you want (it tells you the percentage 20%,40%, 60% ,etc) , something that the regular crushers don’t really have, and definitely something that beats don’t even have!. It also has a noise cancellation option and awareness. I thought the ANC 2 were going to be HEAVY, but comparing it with my beats IT’S SO LIGHTWEIGHT, like hello? How!!?. My beats were so heavy , always ripping my hair off hurting my Elix piercing so bad, falling out of my head hurting my hears , this ANC2 are so comfy and cover all your ears and around it, It covers your ears but it gives it a little bit more extra space outside your ears, which makes it comfy for piercings! ( finally 🥹) it has a cushion on the topOf your head and feels like a little pillow super soft , beats does have a cushion on top of the head which is stiff and regular crushers Evo do have one but it’s the same material has the beats but bigger than beats. It comes with two types of chargers , a type C and normal and one type USB and a cable to connect it directly to any computer( can be use wired or wireless )the only thing I don’t really like it’s the case, beats headphones come with a hard case andA clip.this crushers come with a case that looks like a bag. But other than that I’m obsessed with them it is worth every penny. I also tested out while I working out and it stayed in placed, the beats headphones always slipped out of my headNo Matter how tight I try to adjusted to my head. My dad have tested out both headphones and he said : “approved by a rock fan ( evo crusher and ANC2) , this is NUTS, can’t wait to listen my favorite rock songs 😃” has a person that has owned JBL headphones, BEATS ,RODE, regular AirPods , etc this ones are the best so far , it won’t disappoint… trust me.I’m a big fan of headphones always looking for quality soundForgot to mention that on the app for this headphones has different modes of listening such as music mode , movie, podcast , same for audio and change function of bottoms

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I have used a wide variety of headphones including both wired and wireless headphones. I don’t like wired headphones, because they are quite cumbersome, very inconvenient and not noise cancelling. I also used to wireless headphones of Apple. They are so good, but it is easy for me to forget or lose, and their battery life is not what I expected. My criteria for buying a headset are good battery life, comfort when using, good sound quality. After a while for searching a headphone online based on my criteria, I found the right headphones for me, which are wireless over-the-ear headphones. The wireless over-the-ear headphones help you move freely without worrying about getting tangled or entangled in objects, with noise cancelling, it is light and very comfortable while using. These things are especially useful for doing housework, jogging and working.I begin to search a few types of headphones on Amazon. My budget to buy a new headphone about under 100 dollars. With this budget, I found quite a few quality headphones brands. Such as, Bose, Sony, JBL, Marshall… After a while, read reviews and compare the types of headphones with each other. I chose Sony WH-CH720N headphones for 88 dollars on Amazon. After using this headphone for about 5 months. I feel it worth the money spent. I like these advantages of it. Such as, good battery life (35 hours with noise cancelling), good noise cancelling, good quality sound (I can customize the sound quality according to my preferences through the app of the headphones). In addition, it has a lot of colors to choose and light weight (comfortable for using a long time). Although, I even don’t like a few things about this headphone as it is made of plastic so it is very scratchy, there is no headphone case.Sometimes, I also use it when travelling by plane, when I travel by plane, I often have tinnitus and very tired of the surrounding noise. But since using these headphones to fly, I have eliminated a lot of tinnitus and noise; it both entertains me and helps me sleep on the plane. I’m also quite impressed with its durability because I sometimes drop it when I don’t notice, but it’s scratched a little bit, not dented. This headset comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm microphone audio cable. It is very reasonable to spend on gaming, when connecting the cable, the sound delay will not be available, which will make the gaming experience more interesting. When I bought this headphone, the price was very good, only 88 dollars, usually I see that the price of this headphone about 179 dollars. The price of this headphone like a robbery.Overall, this headphone is a very good headphone in the price range. It fully meets the requirements that I wanted before buying it such as comfort, good sound quality, long battery life, good noise cancelling. Its disadvantages do not affect my experience too much. It’s a great headphone. I believe that if you choose it, it will not disappoint you. I will rate this headphone 4.5 stars.
Customer Review: found a deal so decided to splurge a little out of my typical <$40 range. first thing was box felt empty, they are so incredibly lightweight my little spectrum/migraine sensitive head was so happy, super duper plus! second, they actually comfortably fit my small adult head (I wear child size hats,) amazing because that is rarely the case and the number one reason for all my other returns! connected to bluetooth easy, prompted for app download, easy to follow set-up prompts for this old non tech savvy gal. NC seems decent enough but not great, it's an important feature to me but we'll see. I didn't custom set anything yet and sound was really good for my typical goth/techno/EDM. it also prompted to a 360 sound app- omg that was some crazy amazing quality but not venturing there at this time- but obviously these headphones have some quality to them sound wise. I usually have no issue with buying returns, and these were ok but definitely not mint, nor in a box, nor came with even the correct charger which was all that was included, and took 2 months to arrive (late) from the same coast I'm located- I'm least happy with the wait, seriously why?! the surprise was they were blue- I was settling for black because of the deal, and ended up with what I preferred! so if they last all-in-all twas probably worth the major discount and wait, if they don't then I'd probably still search them out again because it's taken a literal year and 24 pairs of exhausting headphone trials and returns to find something that actually fits and is lightweight and comfortable to boot~ WOOWOO! I kinda want to dock a star for the NC and not being honestly listed but for now I am definite 5 stars happy!

Customer Review: Ordered these around November 10th, delivered as indicated on 12th, packed well & arrived in good shape. I immediately put them on a charger as indicated prior to use. I usually am up 2 to 3 hours prior to my wife. The 13th I paired these with the Dish 3 Hopper. Most days since, I used these an hour or two to watch recordings of shows. Today is February 25th & I got the 1st notice of low power. I have put them back on the charger for 1st time since the original arrival charge. I rate these 5 Stars for living up to time between charges. Note, using several hours at a time, versus 1 or 2 may increase rate of discharge.Performance listening to music is also excellent. I was also pleased with quality on listening to YouTube Music in 8D & greater tunes. I lost a lot of hearing in left ear in Vietnam. I swear in those songs, my left ear appears to be working again. Again, 5 Stars for audio performance for Music & TV Shows/Movies.I find these headphones great for comfort & they fit over my ears fine. However, one having larger ears than I may find a tighter fit. Other reviewers have noted this. For me, 5 Stars for comfort!Only nit I’d pick, is this model does not support showing remaining power level in the App. However, headphones do have a verbal low power warning. I received this today with about 40 minutes left in a TV recording. I was able to finish watching it with a couple more warning. I turned headphones off at end & put them on the charger. Despite App not showing power left, the verbal warning is sufficient. I would like to see JBL indicate in specifications that this model does not support sending App Power Level Remaining. Still, would rate 5 Stars overall with this one caveat.
Customer Review: I really like these headphones. They cancel out the noise very well and they are comfortable to wear. The blue tooth connection was simple to setup and it works flawlessly. The sound is great. Maybe I am not the best evaluator of headphones because I do not use them a lot, but I feel like I received great value for these inexpensive headphones.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a surprisingly good sounding headphone. I wasn’t sure that a noise cancelling headphone would have quality audio reproduction. The mids and highs are pretty flat, and have a decent and uncolored present sound quality. The bass is very audible, goes down pretty low and reproduced with tight authority. The JBL app is useful for setting up the headphone. I don’t recommend using the EQ modes, as the headphone sounds great and has honest reproduction in the flat or studio setting. I evaluated the headphone with all types of music, jazz, popular music of the 70s &80s, including classical solo piano and orchestra performances. I could listen for hours without fatigue. My other headphone is a wired analog Sennheiser HD490 Pro; although an open air design, it gave me a point of reference to compare. The JBL is able to hold its own with its sound quality and useful noise cancellation. In a quiet setting, I like using the ambient mode so I can hear activity in the room; its very in-obtrusive. On an airplane I plan to set the headphone in full noise cancelling mode. Another useful feature is its built in microphone that can be used with Zoom conference and cel phone call conversations. I have not tried that yet. The Bluetooth setup was a breeze, no issues with an IPhone and IPad devices. I chose the smaller over the ear design as I plan to travel with this headphone, so I wanted something smaller and don’t like earbuds and never use them. The JBL fits tightly on the ear though its not uncomfortable. I had them on for 3 hours without issues. The build quality is excellent though I won’t really know until a few years pass. I’ll give an update on how the headphone performs on an airplane with the noise cancellation in use.
Customer Review: I am autistic and needed a new pair of headphones that I can wear 95% of the time to help with regulation. In the house, going to classes, going to the store, working out, riding my bike, etc. My requirements included decent noise cancellation to help me not get overstimulated, ambient mode so I can wear my headphones and listen to music without being shut out from the world around me, a comfortable long-term fit, a compact design for travel, a sleek design, and great sound quality, particularly with great bass. I’ve always preferred on-ear headphones, and my last pair were Beats Solo 3s. These are so much better in terms of features, the Beats are barely comparable. With these, I got all of my wishes and more. Along with the ANC and Ambient Aware modes, they have a Talk Thru mode that allows me to keep my headphones on and continue to listen to music even during conversations and lectures. I love all of the features, and interacting with them through the app. Though, I can’t tell much difference when using Spatial Audio vs. when I’m not. I do wear glasses and I haven’t had problems with the headphones hurting behind my ears from pushing on my glasses. I find that the swivel-ability of the headphones allows me to angle them in a way that doesn’t put prolonged pressure on the back of my ear.Additionally, the design is very sleek and looks good wearing in public. The multi-connection feature is brand new to me and so incredibly handy. I work from home and have mostly online college courses, so being able to multitask and switch sound between my work and music instantly without having to change any settings is an awesome convenience. Great battery life, and wonderful sound for my very diverse music taste. I got these on sale for $75, and they have been incredible quality for that price, I would probably even pay full price for them. The mic works very well for phone calls and gaming. One of the best purchases I’ve made for myself, and definitely the best set of headphones I’ve ever had.
Complete Buying Guide for Best Buy Beats Audio Headphones
Essential Factors We Consider
When choosing the best Beats or Beats-style headphones, we prioritize sound signature (Beats are known for powerful bass), battery life for wireless models, comfort and fit (on-ear vs. over-ear), and feature set like active noise cancellation or Spatial Audio. Build quality, connectivity (like the Apple W1 chip), and value for money are equally critical. We also weigh user reviews for real-world durability and performance insights.
Budget Planning
You can find excellent Beats audio headphones at Best Buy (and Amazon) across all price tiers. For under $50, renewed wired models like the Solo3 or EP offer authentic sound. Between $50-$100, wireless earbuds like the Beats Flex or powerful alternatives like the TAGRY and JBL models deliver incredible value. From $100-$300, you’re looking at premium wireless over-ears with ANC from Bose, Sony, and Skullcandy. Define your must-have features first—bass, ANC, battery life—to narrow your search efficiently.
Final Thoughts
The “best” Beats headphones depend entirely on your needs. If you want iconic bass and Apple integration, stick with Beats Flex or Solo4. If maximum battery and features per dollar are key, look at TAGRY or JBL. If ultimate noise cancellation and comfort are paramount, Bose and Sony are worth the stretch. All the options listed here are top performers in their category. Use the comparison table to scan specs, then dive into the reviews that match your priorities.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are Beats headphones worth buying at Best Buy?
A: Absolutely. Best Buy often has sales on Beats, and you can find renewed models at fantastic prices. Beats offer a distinct, bass-forward sound that many love, and their build quality is generally solid. The key is knowing which model fits your needs—wired for simplicity, wireless for convenience, or ANC for travel.
Q: What’s the difference between Beats Solo and Beats Studio?
A: The Solo series are on-ear headphones, while the Studio series are over-ear. On-ear models like the Solo3/Solo4 rest on your ears and are generally more compact. Over-ear models like the Studio Pro fully encase your ears, often providing better passive isolation and comfort for long sessions, and they frequently include active noise cancellation.
Q: Do Beats headphones work well with Android phones?
Q: Should I buy renewed Beats headphones?
A: Renewed Beats from Amazon Renewed (often sold via Best Buy Marketplace) can be an excellent value. They are professionally inspected, tested, and come with a minimum 90-day warranty. You can get near-new performance for significantly less. Just ensure the listing specifies “Renewed” and understand the warranty terms. It’s a great way to save on a brand you trust.
Q: Which Beats headphones have the best battery life?
A: Among true Beats models, the Beats Solo4 leads with up to 50 hours. However, alternatives like the JBL Tune 720BT (76 hours) and TAGRY Hybrid ANC (100 hours) offer even longer playtimes. If battery life is your absolute top priority, look beyond the Beats brand to these competitors.
Finding the perfect pair of headphones doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re drawn to the iconic bass of Beats, the industry-leading noise cancellation of Bose and Sony, or the insane battery life of JBL and TAGRY, there’s a fantastic option waiting for you.
