Customer Review: I’m torn as to whether I want to keep or exchange this monitor. There are things I like about it, then there are the things that have me scratching my head and wondering if I made a mistake choosing this monitor. Picture quality is one concern I have. I see some ghosting on the desktop and some jittering on the chosen background. Then there is the Windows 8 paper texture that I’m seeing on websites. When I went to use the menu in the monitor a good number of options did not work. Yet, the one game that I play looks excellent on the monitor. I watched a movie also and it pretty much passed my requirements for color and detail. My last gripe is the refresh rate maxed at165Hz because of some limitations of my GPU. All in all, I believe it is a good monitor hence the 5 stars and if I can let go of my brat, everything is fine.Day 3. Last 2 photos. As far as gaming is concerned this monitor has begun to grow on me. I think I’ll keep it.

Customer Review: Worked fine until a power outage in my area seems to have fried the internals of the monitor. Other zedge monitors I have work fine after, only this one seems to have broken. I have attempted to try other cables to make sure its wasn’t that, but to no avail.**Update** Contacted customer service and was given a replacement with no hassle. It probably was a defective unit and the other zedge monitors I have are all great quality. will proably keep fueling my screen addiction with them.

Bought a second, but it was a lesser model with 240Hz only through DP and it came with a foreign power connector and was not the latest HDMI tech; that jacked up nonsense had me upset, but they fixed it, third monitor is its match, and both came with zero dead pixels, with great cables, and the Audio-X is dope! I had never heard of it, but it delivers on that promise. Blacks are great, colors are exceptional and that 240Hz is much easier on my eyes through coding sessions. I absolutely love these and will likely use them for a decade easy. Stellar product, just hate they sold me a lower-spec model the second time. Zero flicker, super easy setup, and that high refresh rate is a dream both on macOS and Windows 11 Pro.

Customer Review: Monitor itself is very decent for the price. I use it to play games as 1080p offers higher performance on my PC. The brightness is okay, nothing to write home about very typical at this price point not bad not amazing, the 120hz works and looks great, the color is decent out of the box but I recommend following a guide to get it more accurate (also normal at this price point). The stand that comes with the monitor is terrible, simply by me putting my hand on the desk to grab my mouse causes the monitor to jiggle pretty hard for a few seconds I ended up buying a monitor stand to replace the factory stand and it solved the issue

Customer Review: I’d like to start by saying, ever since LG invented the wallpaper TV, I’ve developed loyalty, strictly on their displays for everything. They are cheaper then Samsung, yet more innovative, so, kudos. That said, if my review sounds at all biased, I’m sorry. There are no defects on the monitor I received. Ran an Ezio test and found nothing that stands out.Something to be aware of, is that if you purchase a VESA mount, it needs to be 100×100, and even if that mount has spacers, you may need some washers to compensate for a gap. The reason for this, is to keep the back flat and uniform when installing the stand it comes with, but considering monitors these days are naturally very thin, this causes a problem by limiting the female port length for the screws needed to secure a VESA mount. In my case, 8 small washers I had left over from other projects fixed this problem. Something else worth noting is it is Nvidia G-Sync compatible (there is an attractive sticker showing this monitor is capable of it on the bottom left that I’m assuming can be removed). My Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super recognized that it is a G-Sync compatible monitor, and I was able to enable G-Sync thru the Nvidia Control Panel, however, when you view settings on the monitor itself, it is called “Adaptive Sync.” From what I’ve read, this is because they used to be one in the same, and it works just the same as far as I can tell. Enabling it in the Nvidia Control Panel made the monitor settings show Adaptive Sync: Enabled. One feature I really liked that I wasn’t aware of when buying this monitor, is that the settings button is a small joystick. If clicked in it opens the settings window, if towards you or away from you, it allows you to adjust the brightness, and left or right is headphone volume. Overall very nifty for one button. If you need a VESA mount but aren’t sure what to get, this is what I ordered: VIVO Dual LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand Heavy Duty Fully Adjustable fits 2 /Two Screens up to 27″ (STAND-V002). Mine is a dual mount but you can choose between double and single. The mount itself is extremely sturdy. Zero wobble and aesthetically pleasing, as it has a cable management system and you can hide the VIVO logo on the main support pole if you want to (I did, I’m not the biggest fan of logos). But not to veer off the topic or review, 2560 x 1440 @ 144hz for under $400 from LG w/ G-Sync compatibility is the most perfect monitor I could ask for. 2k is ideal for gaming as 4k is too demanding for AAA titles (for about 90% of the Gaming PC Community and 100% of the eSports Community). One last thing I’ve noticed, is that I have had a 4k screen in the past, and noticed the resolution makes everything extremely tiny (the taskbar being the most obvious reference). 2k is the sweet spot, because it’s not too small, but there is now enough real estate for a 27″ monitor to be all I need (for gaming). When I get into photo editing, etc., I will likely purchase a 4k monitor, but only for shows, movies, and editing. I do self-taught audio production work, and 27″ 2k is more then enough for me. Some producers use widescreen monitors, which is great for them, I’m sure, but not necessary after seeing this thing. Thank you LG, for the ultimate monitor, and thank you Amazon, for an undamaged product.

Customer Review: This LG Monitor has a very nice display and since upgrading from my old 1080p display – listed below, is one of the best decisions ever made, not only are images higher quality and performance on this LG 1440p and HDR/Nvidia G-SYNC compatible monitor, but what they say is true, the increased refresh rates and clearer image does indeed result in less visual related problems, and less migraine type headaches from stepping up to 1440p and I’m positive this would be the same with 4K or 8K displays and also higher refresh rates to speed up the times the image is refreshed resulting in less strain on eyes/brain. I have noticed a significant difference since going up to this LG 1440p display and if have solid top tier PC graphics card and other hardware, even recommend potentially stepping up to 4K or better if have a GPU like 3080/3090 or 4080/4090 that will perform well at 4K — but this thus far in 30+ years of PC usage and gaming, is by far the best choice made to experience what its like at 1440p+ by far and not gonna lie, had no idea it would be that extremely good until I plugged it in and could see the difference in quality side by side – granted the 3 images above one is the LG 2560x1440p on left side while gaming and right side image is PC desktop wallpaper image in 1920x1080p, there still is a fairly noticeable difference, thus also why the right side image is smaller in size and not as clear as this LG monitor on the left and why I have included these just in case it helps.Note: The 3 images included – which I should mention are from Visions of Mana (Square Enix) game demo version, Valve/Steam platform and EVGA 3060 XC 12gb GPU and I do not own the rights to, image on right side, is captured from secondary monitor and XFX RX 570 XXX Edition 8gb GPU – image is a free Microsoft provided “Windows Spotlight” and also do not own any rights or credit from the above, but plainly just for reference – also image on left is the 1440p LG27GL83A-B and image on right is 1080p on VISIO d40f-g9 40″ TV used for my secondary monitor.

Customer Review: Larger than advertised… great for me! Most monitors are measured from lower corner to upper corner but this one for some reason is measured from one side to the other. The rim around the monitor is almost non-existent making the screen larger and easier to see. I wish the stand was adjustable so that I can raise the monitor the the height I want but it’s fine for the price. All of the ports allow me to add devices so no more switching cables for each system.When I power up my computer I find it comes on faster than my other monitors and is brighter. The clarity of the image is top quality and the colors are vivid and accurate, more so than my HP monitor.I wish I could tell you about gaming but I’m an audio engineer and video editor so I don’t know the gaming capabilities. I can say that set up was easy, and using this monitor for one day had me rushing to buy a second so I can wrap it around and have a dual screen set up.I worried that the curved screen would be an issue but I found it to be easier on my eyes when I’m writing books in MS Word and when I’m editing videos the clarity is top notch. I’m almost glad that my old HP died and went to monitor heaven, this Sceptre 1500R monitor is surprisingly better!

Customer Review: This is my 2nd Z-Edge monitor. My first one went out after 5 years, and it was awesome until the very end. Tried to buy an LG monitor, but the colors looked muddy and inaccurate. This one seems to be spot on, just like my old one. And it was less expensive than the LG! I’m not a gamer, so I can’t really attest to refresh rate, but it does very well in Photoshop. Nice curve and no glare, and a very good size too. I’m a fan.

This is a review after 3 months of usage, spoiler alert, I’m pretty happy with it.*I bought this 27inch 1440p 180Hz (KG271U N3bmiipx) monitor for around 170 usd with offer and taxes.Pros:1. 2K, very fast 180hz refresh rate, with built in speakers for 170 USD.2. Pretty high color range (DCI-P3 95%), not verified, but to naked eye, love the vivid colour accurate display, this was important to me.3. IPS screen, meaning good viewing angles, also important for good viewing experience.4. Decent HDR for an IPS LCD budget monitor.5. Didn’t notice any flickering.Reasons for asterisk:1. In standard or other modes, even when set to 100, brightness feels low in well lit environments. Turning HDR mode on solves this issue, probably because of increased peak brightness, but this makes it too bright in dark environments, you won’t be able to adjust screen brightness in HDR mode. Switching between standard and HDR mode felt a little tedious.2. Overshooting is noticeable to naked eye if overdrive setting is set as extreme. Recommend setting it to minimum, or off, then it’s not at all noticeable.3. Speakers are like what you’d expect in your typical gaming monitors. Pretty mediocre, will get the job done. They lack any base or instrument clarity or separation. In movies or songs, vocals are pretty crisp, but the background music sounds pretty low. Could be solved with headphones or speakers.4. HDMI connections only supports upto 144hz.5. Lack of height adjustment for stand.6. Felt like a thick monitor, build quality is decent, all plastic, does not give you premium feels, but good for it’s price.At this point you might be thinking, why did this guy give 5 stars when the cons list is bigger than pros.
