Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “I replaced wired headphones (Jlab) that began having difficulty staying connected to my laptop. As long as they were connected, they weren’t bad, but keeping them connected was becoming a more recurrent problem. My BF has the same headphones and he said he has the same issue keeping his connected to his laptop, also. Neither of us had the headphones for long, maybe a year or two. So, like I do, when an issue happens enough to think “replace these!” I started my search on Amazon for something else. The top review by theoryofmind sold me. They arrived quickly (first out of my several item Amazon order), and I couldn’t wait to try them. The manual is succinct but helpful, and in several languages. I paired it with my laptop with no issues, and put them on. I was immediately shocked by how much BETTER the noise cancelling was over the Jlab set. Seriously! I could still hear some louder sounds from other inhabitants of the house, but they were largely diminished. Wearing these was like being in a deep cave…I could faintly hear the external sounds, but what I was listening to was much more clear, and the sound quality was great. I’m no audiophile, and I haven’t spent the big bucks on those pricier headphones, so I can easily say these are the best headphones I have ever had. I tested out the ANC button, and using that reduces the noise cancellation, but it enables you to hear your surroundings more easily. That is helpful if you have to listen for something, but still want to wear your headphones. A feature that is new to me, now going Bluetooth, is getting up from my laptop and going to the kitchen for a drink without having to take off the headphones! Oh, Nice! I just received them, so I can’t speak to the battery life, but the battery already had a charge, so I could wear them right away. I am completely wowed by this set, especially for the reasonable $29.99 price point, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am delighted with them! They would also make a great gift for someone else! Unless you’re more accustomed to the pricier headphones available, I think these are the best you can get at this price.”
Customer Review: “These are FANTASTIC headphones that have lasted longer than Beats that I’ve had. I’ve had these for a year now and they’re extremely durable and the sound is great, it doesn’t leak when you have the headphones over your ears. Battery life is great too even after this long, I fall asleep with them on all the time and they always last. They also can connect to multiple devices at once. This is such a winner, and it’s so affordable.”

Customer Review: “I just received these over ear headphones. I purchased them after my other headphones proved useless on a noisy airplane. These headphones are very comfortable, and I like that I can use them wired or connect via Bluetooth. I connected them to my tablet using both methods without any difficulty. The sound is very clear and the noise cancelling worked very well. They came with a very nice storage pouch and fold nicely. Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Just get them! These headphones are FANTASTIC! 🎧-Sound: 🔉📢 I got them mostly to listen to music, podcasts and audio books and the sound quality is amazing, especially listening to hard rock.🎸🥁🎤🎼Vocals and instruments are crisp, clear and clean and the bass hits juuuussst rigghhhhht! 🔊🔉I didn’t hear any distortion at all unless it was in the actual music I was listening to and you can make adjustments on the app if needed. The headphones comes with the Soundcore app that’s simple and user friendly and allows you to connect your device. You can also adjust the Equalizer to the settings you like. Are you all about that bass? More Treble? No problem! There are also several pre-selected categories to choose from as well to suit your tastes. I like my music loud and these headphones deliver!-Battery life is great. They came fully charged and I’ve used them for 3 days now and have not had to charge them yet.-Bluetooth connection was quick and easy. I haven’t had any issues thus far losing connection and I walked about 60 feet and still held connection.-Very comfortable on the ears even after wearing them for a few hours at a time. Included is an aux cord you can use from device to headphones as well.-Noise cancelling: Also impressed! I’d say it cancels about 90-95% of outside noise and there is a simple button on the side to turn on and off along with your power button and a volume up and down. Headphones are labeled L and R on the inside and easy to see. I was wearing them during a thunderstorm and I didn’t even hear the thunder or rain until I took them off which was pretty cool!!!! It’s wild seeing the rain but not hearing it. I’d say that’s pretty decent NC.After trying several budget friendly headphones, I’m finally happy and I’d most definitely purchase this brand again. Fantastic Headphones for the price! I am super happy with this purchase and I think you will be too! 🎧”
Customer Review: “I got these on sale and figured for the price I would try them out for my kids. They were complaining that they couldn’t hear the protective style over road noise and I tried those out and I also couldn’t hear well. I warned them that these could get loud, but with the noise cancelling tech, they don’t have to turn the volume up high. You immediately feel the noise cancelling when you turn them on. It almost feels like a pressure change and then the world goes quiet. My kids can now each listen to their tablets and don’t complain about difficulty hearing when my friend and I chat in the front seat. It’s a nice break for me and a nice break for them. These are extremely soft and comfortable. They’re technically too big for my 4 yr old’s head, but she works with them anyway because of how much better the sound is. My 6 yr old does great with them. They pair very easily. I got a set in pink and navy blue. The blue is nearly black, but again, the quality is so good my youngest doesn’t care. I wanted to get them both pink, but I knew we’d have difficulty matching them to the correct tablets. This way we have pink with the pink tablet and blue with the purple tablet. It’d be cool if they made a nice purple color. The aux cord also works great and creates nice sound quality. I plugged them into my kids’ electric piano and they were able to bang away to their hearts’ delight without overstimulating me lol. The battery life also seems good. I legit forget to charge them and the girls are able to use them over several days. They don’t use them more than an hour a day, but I know they aren’t turning them off. So, the headphones are smart enough to shut down after enough time disconnected from a device to conserve battery power. The only negative I can think of for these is the head adjustment can pinch your finger really bad. I’ve punched my finger about three times trying to adjust it back to fully closed and each of my kids have pinched their fingers once. Now they ask me to deal with the adjustments. Other than that. I wish they made a sound protective kid size! The noise cancellation helps quiet outside noise, so having a max decibel system could be so nice for the kids without having difficulty hearing their devices.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “I just received these tonight, 2/11/2026. Went to the Gym which is an extremely loud environment. These NC Headphones did a very good job of canceling out most of the noise. Noise canceling is even better with my Glasses off as the bows of the glasses cause a noise leak as the earpads don’t seal. The foam in the earpads are super soft. Sound quality is pleasing and quite musical. They are comfortable to wear and seem to be nicely engineered. I loaded the APP and there are lots of pre-configured choices. I like the “Rock” setting but they sound phenomenal out-of-box. Overall, these are the best inexpensive pair of Headphones I have ever experienced in the economy line. I sent 4 others back that just weren’t good. I’m giving these a “5” based on the overall quality for the money. I recommend these for music which is the hardest to reproduce. Work very well for phone calls.”
Customer Review: “I am really enjoying these headphones, the battery life is long, and the listening modes are a revelation— I didn’t know how much I would really enjoy the transparent listening feature, something that has been needed in headphones for a long time. Normal mode is just like every other headphone listening experience, but when you switch to transparent, you can hear more of the world around you, now I can listen to records or audiobooks when I’m doing regular activities like grocery shopping and I’m less isolated from my environment. Plus with the Bluetooth controls, I can pause to communicate when I need to or turn down the feed temporarily. If you want a good demonstration of the difference in the listening modes, just put them in when you do something loud like running a bath— you can imagine what normal sounds like, but transparent mode means you can clearly hear the running water, and noise cancelling mode means you can nearly “switch it off” so you can hear the audio much more clearly. I own three pairs of these now, two for dedicated pairing sets for my work computers, and one in my backpack for traveling or running around town. They are comfortable for long listening sessions, have a sleek design, but almost earmuff quality to them that has made them very nice to have during the single digit degree winter months.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Unbelievable value for under $20. These headphones sound excellent, connect easily, and even deliver effective noise cancelling. Durable, comfortable, and inexpensive enough to buy more than one pair – truly astounding for the price. This is the third pair of these headphones I’ve bought – not as replacements, but so I can keep one in my office and avoid carrying the same pair back and forth from home. I also got a pair for my fiancée. The quality of these headphones is astonishing for the price – under $20 (this pair was even less, about $19). The noise-cancelling feature is nearly unbelievable, but it works beautifully. The frequency range does seem to reach the advertised 20Hz–20,000Hz. The sound leans a bit colored in the midrange, but with a little EQ dip around 1k, they balance out nicely. Although a ‘generic’ no-name brand, in Bluetooth setups they appear as “Pioneer 32,” and they connect quickly and reliably every time. Despite the low price, the build feels strong and durable. Honestly, I don’t know how this company makes a profit. Bottom line: buy these headphones now. They sound excellent, they’re inexpensive enough to grab multiple pairs, and they save you a ton of cash compared to big-name brands. Absolutely astounding for the price.”
Customer Review: “Great headphones! They are very comfortable to wear and the noise cancelling is amazing. They are very loud and the battery life is very long. The distance of the bluetooth is very long and they are quite durable.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “I’ve been using these NOUUI hybrid ANC headphones for a bit now, and they’ve honestly exceeded expectations. The noise cancelling is way better than I expected at this price. Airplane rumble, office chatter, background hum. all of it fades out fast. The transparency mode is super handy too when you need to hear what’s going on without taking them off. Sound quality is solid across the board. The bass is punchy without being muddy, vocals come through clean, and the overall mix feels surprisingly premium. They’re also really comfortable. The ear cups are soft, the headband doesn’t squeeze, and I’ve worn them for hours without getting that “headphone fatigue.” Battery life is a huge win here. I’m easily getting multiple days on a charge, and the fast charge feature is clutch when you’re heading out the door. I also like having both Bluetooth and a wired option. Makes them feel more versatile for travel, office, and even gaming. For the price, these are a fantastic value. Great sound, strong ANC, long battery life, and super comfortable. Easy 5 stars.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Ok, so here’s everything you need to know about these headphones. I bought these noise canceling headphones to drown out the noise outside my apartment (gun range nearby, door slamming neighbors, weed whackers, roosters, neighbors bumping music, neighbors riding dirt bikes, etc.), and they work great for that purpose! I can’t hear any of that stuff anymore, and I don’t know why I didn’t get noise canceling headphones years ago. You can still somewhat hear some of the higher pitched noises, like your appliances beeping when they’re done (which I like), but every other noise is pretty nonexistent. The battery lasts a really long time (I’ve had them on multiple times from the moment I wake up, until the moment I go to sleep, and I’ve never ran out of battery yet). They’re pretty comfortable for extended wear when you get them positioned right (I found that if your ears start to feel fatigued, wiggle the ear cups around a little to position your ears in them better, and that solves the issue). They don’t really make your ears sweaty, and are adjustable to fit any sized head. They are comfortable and fit well over glasses too. The ear cups and foam on the underside of the bridge are very soft, and the headphones appear to be well made, and don’t look or feel cheap at all. The sound quality is 10/10, and low’s, mid’s, and hi’s are very well balanced. No issues with making phone calls, and they sound clear on the other end too. They also have a button that turns the noise canceling feature on or off in case you need to hear what’s going on around you, and volume up and down buttons that also skip music tracks forward and back. I’ve used them a lot since I got them a month ago, and for the most part, they have been issue free. The range is pretty good too, and haven’t had any issues leaving my phone in one room, and walking around my apartment. Every once in a while the music will cut out for a millisecond, but it’s pretty rare. There’s a bit of a delay when watching anything on my computer (0.2 seconds), and have been able to compensate for it in my media player, but still working on fixing the delay when watching videos online. The ear cups rotate 90 degrees to fold flat to save space. The biggest thing I want to mention is if you have your headphones connected to your phone, and you get a notification such as a text or an alarm, there is an inverse relationship to how loud that sound will be relative to how loud the rest of what you’re listening to is. For example, if you’re listening to music very softly, or your music is paused, the alerts you get from your phone will play at maximum volume (and I’m talking scare the living daylights out of you volume). I’ve tried adjusting the volume of the sounds on my phone, but found that I had to turn them down so low that I couldn’t hear them when I wasn’t listening to the headphones. The only workaround I’ve found is any time I have my phone connected to the headphones, I always have music playing at a volume of at least a low-medium level, which makes the alerts come through at a comfortable volume. Other than that, no real issues. For the price, these are a steal. Definitely recommend!-edit: I found a way to fix the issue with the headphones playing sounds from texts or alarms at maximum volume: on iPhone, go to settings, sounds, headphone safety, reduce loud sounds, and that fixed the issue. Did you find this review helpful?”
Customer Review: “Excellent product. Great price. Work well with no issues. Sounds quality is good and they are very comfortable. They connect well and seem very durable when our 2 year old grandson drags them around the house.”

Customer Review: “I usually use iPods but have a tendency to fall asleep in the evening while wearing them and one always falls out and I have to track it down… I thought a pair of over the ear would definitely salve that problem. The noise canceling is great and they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them. Oh, and the price was just an added bonus!!!”
Complete Buying Guide for Best And Cheapest Noise Cancelling Headphones
Essential Factors We Consider
When shopping for budget noise cancelling headphones, focus on these key factors: noise cancellation effectiveness (look for hybrid ANC systems with multiple microphones), battery life (aim for at least 30 hours, but 50+ is excellent), sound quality (Hi-Res audio certification is a good indicator), comfort (soft ear pads and adjustable headbands are crucial), and connectivity (Bluetooth 5.0+ and wired backup options). Also consider special features like transparency mode, app support, and portability. Always check real user reviews for long-term durability insights.
Budget Planning
The best cheap noise cancelling headphones typically range from $20 to $60. Under $30, you’ll get basic ANC and decent sound (like our #7 pick). The $30-50 range offers significantly better noise cancellation, battery life, and build quality (our top picks #1, #2, #3). Above $50, you approach mid-range performance but still save considerably versus premium brands like Sony or Bose. Set a budget based on your primary use: commuters should prioritize ANC and battery, while home users might focus on sound and comfort. Remember to factor in potential accessories like replacement ear pads or cables.
Final Thoughts
The market for affordable noise cancelling headphones has never been better. You no longer need to spend $300+ for effective noise isolation and good sound. Our top picks prove that sub-$60 headphones can deliver 90%+ noise reduction, 70+ hour batteries, and Hi-Res audio. The RUNOLIM (#1) offers the best overall balance, while the Hybrid ANC Bluetooth 6.0 (#3) is the ultimate budget pick. Consider your specific needs—travel, office use, workouts—and choose accordingly. And always buy from reputable sellers with good return policies; check the terms and conditions for warranty details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can cheap noise cancelling headphones really block out noise?
A: Yes! Modern budget ANC headphones use hybrid systems with multiple microphones that can reduce ambient noise by 85-95%, especially constant low-frequency sounds like airplane engines, office hum, or traffic. They won’t match premium models for sudden loud noises, but for everyday use, they’re remarkably effective.
Q: How long do battery-powered noise cancelling headphones last?
A: Battery life varies widely. Our top picks range from 40 to 120 hours on a single charge. Generally, expect 30-50 hours with ANC on. Many models also include a 3.5mm audio cable for wired listening when the battery dies, so you’re never without music.
Q: Do noise cancelling headphones work without music playing?
A: Absolutely. ANC works independently of audio playback. You can activate noise cancellation alone to create a quiet environment for focusing, sleeping, or just enjoying silence. This is especially useful in noisy offices or during travel.
Q: Are noise cancelling headphones safe for ears?
Q: What’s the difference between ANC and transparency mode?
A: ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) uses microphones and anti-noise signals to block out ambient sounds, creating isolation. Transparency mode (sometimes called Ambient mode) does the opposite—it uses microphones to pipe in external sounds so you can hear your environment while wearing headphones. This is useful for announcements, conversations, or staying aware in traffic. Many budget models now include both features.
Finding the best and cheapest noise cancelling headphones doesn’t require compromising on quality. Our top 10 list proves you can get excellent ANC, long battery life, and great sound for under $60. Whether you prioritize battery life (TAGRY’s 100 hours), ultra-low cost (the $20 Hybrid ANC Bluetooth 6.0), or brand trust (Soundcore Q20i), there’s an ideal pair for every budget and need. Don’t overpay—these affordable options deliver 90% of the performance of premium models at a fraction of the price.
