As long as they were connected, they weren’t bad, but keeping them connected was becoming a more recurrent problem. My BF has the same headphones and he said he has the same issue keeping his connected to his laptop, also. Neither of us had the headphones for long, maybe a year or two. So, like I do, when an issue happens enough to think “replace these!” I started my search on Amazon for something else. The top review by theoryofmind sold me. They arrived quickly (first out of my several item Amazon order), and I couldn’t wait to try them. The manual is succinct but helpful, and in several languages. I paired it with my laptop with no issues, and put them on. I was immediately shocked by how much BETTER the noise cancelling was over the Jlab set. Seriously! I could still hear some louder sounds from other inhabitants of the house, but they were largely diminished. Wearing these was like being in a deep cave…I could faintly hear the external sounds, but what I was listening to was much more clear, and the sound quality was great. I’m no audiophile, and I haven’t spent the big bucks on those pricier headphones, so I can easily say these are the best headphones I have ever had. I tested out the ANC button, and using that reduces the noise cancellation, but it enables you to hear your surroundings more easily. That is helpful if you have to listen for something, but still want to wear your headphones. A feature that is new to me, now going Bluetooth, is getting up from my laptop and going to the kitchen for a drink without having to take off the headphones! Oh, Nice! I just received them, so I can’t speak to the battery life, but the battery already had a charge, so I could wear them right away. I am completely wowed by this set, especially for the reasonable $29.99 price point, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am delighted with them! They would also make a great gift for someone else! Unless you’re more accustomed to the pricier headphones available, I think these are the best you can get at this price.”

Customer Review: “I got these on sale and figured for the price I would try them out for my kids. They were complaining that they couldn’t hear the protective style over road noise and I tried those out and I also couldn’t hear well. I warned them that these could get loud, but with the noise cancelling tech, they don’t have to turn the volume up high. You immediately feel the noise cancelling when you turn them on. It almost feels like a pressure change and then the world goes quiet. My kids can now each listen to their tablets and don’t complain about difficulty hearing when my friend and I chat in the front seat. It’s a nice break for me and a nice break for them. These are extremely soft and comfortable. They’re technically too big for my 4 yr old’s head, but she works with them anyway because of how much better the sound is. My 6 yr old does great with them. They pair very easily. I got a set in pink and navy blue. The blue is nearly black, but again, the quality is so good my youngest doesn’t care. I wanted to get them both pink, but I knew we’d have difficulty matching them to the correct tablets. This way we have pink with the pink tablet and blue with the purple tablet. It’d be cool if they made a nice purple color. The aux cord also works great and creates nice sound quality. I plugged them into my kids’ electric piano and they were able to bang away to their hearts’ delight without overstimulating me lol. The battery life also seems good. I legit forget to charge them and the girls are able to use them over several days. They don’t use them more than an hour a day, but I know they aren’t turning them off. So, the headphones are smart enough to shut down after enough time disconnected from a device to conserve battery power. The only negative I can think of for these is the head adjustment can pinch your finger really bad. I’ve punched my finger about three times trying to adjust it back to fully closed and each of my kids have pinched their fingers once. Now they ask me to deal with the adjustments. Other than that. I wish they made a sound protective kid size! The noise cancellation helps quiet outside noise, so having a max decibel system could be so nice for the kids without having difficulty hearing their devices.”

Customer Review: “I just received these tonight, 2/11/2026. Went to the Gym which is an extremely loud environment. These NC Headphones did a very good job of canceling out most of the noise. Noise canceling is even better with my Glasses off as the bows of the glasses cause a noise leak as the earpads don’t seal. The foam in the earpads are super soft. Sound quality is pleasing and quite musical. They are comfortable to wear and seem to be nicely engineered. I loaded the APP and there are lots of pre-configured choices. I like the “Rock” setting but they sound phenomenal out-of-box. Overall, these are the best inexpensive pair of Headphones I have ever experienced in the economy line. Customer Review: “Ok, so here’s everything you need to know about these headphones. I bought these noise canceling headphones to drown out the noise outside my apartment (gun range nearby, door slamming neighbors, weed whackers, roosters, neighbors bumping music, neighbors riding dirt bikes, etc.), and they work great for that purpose! I can’t hear any of that stuff anymore, and I don’t know why I didn’t get noise canceling headphones years ago. You can still somewhat hear some of the higher pitched noises, like your appliances beeping when they’re done (which I like), but every other noise is pretty nonexistent. The battery lasts a really long time (I’ve had them on multiple times from the moment I wake up, until the moment I go to sleep, and I’ve never ran out of battery yet). They’re pretty comfortable for extended wear when you get them positioned right (I found that if your ears start to feel fatigued, wiggle the ear cups around a little to position your ears in them better, and that solves the issue). They don’t really make your ears sweaty, and are adjustable to fit any sized head. They are comfortable and fit well over glasses too. The ear cups and foam on the underside of the bridge are very soft, and the headphones appear to be well made, and don’t look or feel cheap at all. The sound quality is 10/10, and low’s, mid’s, and hi’s are very well balanced. No issues with making phone calls, and they sound clear on the other end too. They also have a button that turns the noise canceling feature on or off in case you need to hear what’s going on around you, and volume up and down buttons that also skip music tracks forward and back. I’ve used them a lot since I got them a month ago, and for the most part, they have been issue free. The range is pretty good too, and haven’t had any issues leaving my phone in one room, and walking around my apartment. Every once in a while the music will cut out for a millisecond, but it’s pretty rare. There’s a bit of a delay when watching anything on my computer (0.2 seconds), and have been able to compensate for it in my media player, but still working on fixing the delay when watching videos online. The ear cups rotate 90 degrees to fold flat to save space. The biggest thing I want to mention is if you have your headphones connected to your phone, and you get a notification such as a text or an alarm, there is an inverse relationship to how loud that sound will be relative to how loud the rest of what you’re listening to is. For example, if you’re listening to music very softly, or your music is paused, the alerts you get from your phone will play at maximum volume (and I’m talking scare the living daylights out of you volume). I’ve tried adjusting the volume of the sounds on my phone, but found that I had to turn them down so low that I couldn’t hear them when I wasn’t listening to the headphones. The only workaround I’ve found is any time I have my phone connected to the headphones, I always have music playing at a volume of at least a low-medium level, which makes the alerts come through at a comfortable volume. Other than that, no real issues. For the price, these are a steal. Definitely recommend!-edit: I found a way to fix the issue with the headphones playing sounds from texts or alarms at maximum volume: on iPhone, go to settings, sounds, headphone safety, reduce loud sounds, and that fixed the issue.
