The lifetime windows 11 Pro worked seamlessly, the power supply plugs into a power jack (not the type-c port), it came with nice extras… If you don’t need the second monitor, I think everything on this machine works great and it comes with so many nice extras.

I was a little worried about ordering a generic brand laptop on Amazon, but thankfully this one works really well. The Ryzen processor is plenty for email and web browsing and the 16gb memory never bogged down with multiple window tabs open running videos, etc. I like all the different modes you can fold the laptop into, like tent mode and tablet mode. The touchscreen is also handy for me while working to quickly select things that I need to change without messing with the trackpad. Overall pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase.

Had this laptop for 7 days now and it’s been good I’ve managed to watch YouTube and twitch on this thing and have multiple tabs open without no problem, also loads up pretty quick when opening up chrome or Google ext and I’ve gotten ps2 emulator games to run which is good, you can also change some settings that would make your laptop run faster or you could balance it so the battery wouldn’t drain so fast around 5-3 hours if so, The laptop quality is pretty good looking for a laptop like this to run at 1080p but makes the colors of background images and widget look good to, Screen size is honestly perfect and quality change for me since I’ve been looking at a iPad perspective, But yeah had it for 7 days and it’s for sure running good that’s all I can say.

This is a pretty good laptop for what I paid for it. It can at least play most games on medium to low settings, it boots up quickly & runs tasks smoothly. I’ve never had any issues with overheating or anything bad like that. The only thing that annoys me is the textured screen, which might be my fault, I didn’t realize that’s what a matte screen was, but sometimes I don’t notice it & also sometimes I do have an issue where I have to forget my WiFi & reconnect it & sometimes I have to restart it to get it to connect. But otherwise it’s good.

I had an average Chromebook that I needed to replace that couldn’t be fixed by the IT man and he recommended this exact model. It is a nice change going back to a laptop! It does everything that I need it to do. Has lots of space for pictures and documents. The processing speed is fast and I can have multiple tabs open at a time with no glitches or slow downs. It charges fairly quickly and have never found it to be too hot or overheating, even in the summer. I sometimes use it for work and the battery will last all day with fairly constant use. It was simple to set up. The only thing I could complain about is the power button. You hold it for a few seconds and the screen comes on, but if you hold it for one second too long the screen just flashes on and off. It kept doing this to me at first and I thought it was damaged lol. Once you get the “timing” just right, it is fine though. The price was also very fair and it arrived quickly and in new condition. This is my first Asus laptop, and overall, I’m very satisfied with this brand and model. I even recommended this laptop to someone else with similar needs and they are also satisfied.
