Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort headphones and they are exceptional. They arrived with a high quality protective case, which was a great first impression. The setup and connectivity process was simple and seamless. Downloading the Bose app and pairing the headphones took only a few minutes. Everything worked exactly as expected, which is the level of quality I associate with Bose products. The sound quality is far superior to anything I currently own. I use them both wirelessly with my phone and wired to my computer, and the audio clarity in both setups is outstanding. Music sounds rich and balanced, audiobooks are crisp, and dialogue in videos is incredibly clear.Comfort is another major strength. The size and style are perfect! I can wear these for extended periods without discomfort. The noise canceling is extremely effective, especially in environments with a lot of background noise. For anyone who can feel overwhelmed by constant sound, these make a noticeable difference. With the newer version recently released, these are currently priced at nearly half of what they were before, which makes them an even better value. For music, audiobooks, YouTube, or streaming on your phone, they are well worth the investment. There is honestly nothing about these headphones that I do not like. I would absolutely recommend them.
Customer Review: The photos on this review are of the headphones after a year of use. I think they’re still in great shape.I work in a loud machine shop. I have worn these 40 hours+ a week every week for the past year, and they are without a doubt the best option for quality sound, and long term listening. I had a pair of Sony XM5s before this. Not only did those get uncomfortable after about 5 hours, they also did not last long and broke after a couple of months. These Bose headphones are as perfect of a pair of headphones you can get these days. Battery life is great, they’re lightweight and fit well, so they stay comfortable for 10 hours of use during my shifts, and they’re durable enough to still be in great shape after the past year. Volume and noise cancelling control on the ear is convenient. BT range is great. I can walk all the way to the other end of the shop (100ft+) without losing connection.Yes, these are expensive, but they are the same, if not cheaper than others and last much longer.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I have used a wide variety of headphones including both wired and wireless headphones. I don’t like wired headphones, because they are quite cumbersome, very inconvenient and not noise cancelling. I also used to wireless headphones of Apple. They are so good, but it is easy for me to forget or lose, and their battery life is not what I expected. My criteria for buying a headset are good battery life, comfort when using, good sound quality. After a while for searching a headphone online based on my criteria, I found the right headphones for me, which are wireless over-the-ear headphones. The wireless over-the-ear headphones help you move freely without worrying about getting tangled or entangled in objects, with noise cancelling, it is light and very comfortable while using. These things are especially useful for doing housework, jogging and working.I begin to search a few types of headphones on Amazon. My budget to buy a new headphone about under 100 dollars. With this budget, I found quite a few quality headphones brands. Such as, Bose, Sony, JBL, Marshall… After a while, read reviews and compare the types of headphones with each other. I chose Sony WH-CH720N headphones for 88 dollars on Amazon. After using this headphone for about 5 months. I feel it worth the money spent. I like these advantages of it. Such as, good battery life (35 hours with noise cancelling), good noise cancelling, good quality sound (I can customize the sound quality according to my preferences through the app of the headphones). In addition, it has a lot of colors to choose and light weight (comfortable for using a long time). Although, I even don’t like a few things about this headphone as it is made of plastic so it is very scratchy, there is no headphone case.Sometimes, I also use it when travelling by plane, when I travel by plane, I often have tinnitus and very tired of the surrounding noise. But since using these headphones to fly, I have eliminated a lot of tinnitus and noise; it both entertains me and helps me sleep on the plane. I’m also quite impressed with its durability because I sometimes drop it when I don’t notice, but it’s scratched a little bit, not dented. This headset comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm microphone audio cable. It is very reasonable to spend on gaming, when connecting the cable, the sound delay will not be available, which will make the gaming experience more interesting. When I bought this headphone, the price was very good, only 88 dollars, usually I see that the price of this headphone about 179 dollars. The price of this headphone like a robbery.Overall, this headphone is a very good headphone in the price range. It fully meets the requirements that I wanted before buying it such as comfort, good sound quality, long battery life, good noise cancelling. Its disadvantages do not affect my experience too much. It’s a great headphone. I believe that if you choose it, it will not disappoint you. I will rate this headphone 4.5 stars.
Customer Review: found a deal so decided to splurge a little out of my typical <$40 range. first thing was box felt empty, they are so incredibly lightweight my little spectrum/migraine sensitive head was so happy, super duper plus! second, they actually comfortably fit my small adult head (I wear child size hats,) amazing because that is rarely the case and the number one reason for all my other returns! connected to bluetooth easy, prompted for app download, easy to follow set-up prompts for this old non tech savvy gal. NC seems decent enough but not great, it's an important feature to me but we'll see. I didn't custom set anything yet and sound was really good for my typical goth/techno/EDM. it also prompted to a 360 sound app- omg that was some crazy amazing quality but not venturing there at this time- but obviously these headphones have some quality to them sound wise. I usually have no issue with buying returns, and these were ok but definitely not mint, nor in a box, nor came with even the correct charger which was all that was included, and took 2 months to arrive (late) from the same coast I'm located- I'm least happy with the wait, seriously why?! the surprise was they were blue- I was settling for black because of the deal, and ended up with what I preferred! so if they last all-in-all twas probably worth the major discount and wait, if they don't then I'd probably still search them out again because it's taken a literal year and 24 pairs of exhausting headphone trials and returns to find something that actually fits and is lightweight and comfortable to boot~ WOOWOO! I kinda want to dock a star for the NC and not being honestly listed but for now I am definite 5 stars happy!

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I went through a half dozen pair of other options that were less pricey before settling on these. Other versions, I tried lasted, at most, a couple of months, before they broke. One pair broke while I was removing it from my head. Then I found these Sony headphones, which were a total game changer! I still have the first pair I purchased, which have lasted me for more than a year; and I recently purchased a second pair in another color for the office. They are such good quality, very comfortable, easy to adjust to fit children and adults, the sound quality is phenomenal, and they are easy to pair with your devices! I have used them for everything from Zoom calls, to music, listening, and beyond, without any issues. Several people at the office have ordered themselves a pair because they’re so great, and they have loved them as well! If you’re struggling to find headphones that last and/or can survive your kids’ wear and tear, look no further! These are well worth the money and they last, and look great! So far, I’ve ordered these in the blue color and the beige/cream color, and both are lovely, and do not look cheap at all. Highly recommend!
Customer Review: I bought these Sony WH-CH520 wireless headphones as a gift for my daughter, and she ended up loving them. She uses them every day.The sound quality is really good, and the Bluetooth range works well around the house. They seem sturdy and well-made, which is important since they get used a lot. They also do a good job blocking out noise. In fact, sometimes they work a little too well because she can’t hear me when I call her from the other room. The ear support looks comfortable, and she hasn’t had any complaints wearing them for long periods.Overall, they feel like a good value, especially if you catch them on sale, and they’ve held up well with daily use.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Ordered these around November 10th, delivered as indicated on 12th, packed well & arrived in good shape. I immediately put them on a charger as indicated prior to use. I usually am up 2 to 3 hours prior to my wife. The 13th I paired these with the Dish 3 Hopper. Most days since, I used them an hour or two to watch recordings of shows. Today is February 25th & I got the 1st notice of low power. I have put them back on the charger for 1st time since the original arrival charge. I rate these 5 Stars for living up to time between charges. Note, using several hours at a time, versus 1 or 2 may increase rate of discharge.Performance listening to music is also excellent. I was also pleased with quality on listening to YouTube Music in 8D & greater tunes. I lost a lot of hearing in left ear in Vietnam. I swear in those songs, my left ear appears to be working again. Again, 5 Stars for audio performance for Music & TV Shows/Movies.I find these headphones great for comfort & they fit over my ears fine. However, one having larger ears than I may find a tighter fit. Other reviewers have noted this. For me, 5 Stars for comfort!Only nit I’d pick, is this model does not support showing remaining power level in the App. However, headphones do have a verbal low power warning. I received this today with about 40 minutes left in a TV recording. I was able to finish watching it with a couple more warning. I turned headphones off at end & put them on the charger. Despite App not showing power left, the verbal warning is sufficient. I would like to see JBL indicate in specifications that this model does not support sending App Power Level Remaining. Still, would rate 5 Stars overall with this one caveat.
Customer Review: I really like these headphones. They cancel out the noise very well and they are comfortable to wear. The blue tooth connection was simple to setup and it works flawlessly. The sound is great. Maybe I am not the best evaluator of headphones because I do not use them a lot, but I feel like I received great value for these inexpensive headphones.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I am very happy with my JBL TUNE headphones! Once charged they have incredible battery life and they are comfortable to wear more so than my ear buds. In my opinion. As far as the quality of sound you can get better but will spend more money doing so. I am satisfied with the audio quality and the different settings like noise canceling and ambient aware. Worth the money I spent on them. The app you download on your phone is disappointing. Not much there. I am happy with my purchase. Good balance of affordability and quality, easy connectivity, and good value for the money I spent.
Customer Review: This is my first pair of noise canceling headphones. I really like these so far. Used them at work all day and barely used 20% of the battery. The sound quality is great. Haven’t used them for calls yet so I can’t say on the mic quality. They are pretty comfortable, but I do wish the ear cups were slightly larger. The quality is good and the controls on the headphones work great. It also has a companion app to download to customize the EQ and voice assist functions. Overall I would def recommend these as a great entry level noise canceling headphone. For the price they are a great buy for under 100 dollars. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family looking for a good pair of headphones on a budget.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a surprisingly good sounding headphone. I wasn’t sure that a noise cancelling headphone would have quality audio reproduction. The mids and highs are pretty flat, and have a decent and uncolored present sound quality. The bass is very audible, goes down pretty low and reproduced with tight authority. The JBL app is useful for setting up the headphone. I don’t recommend using the EQ modes, as the headphone sounds great and has honest reproduction in the flat or studio setting. I evaluated the headphone with all types of music, jazz, popular music of the 70s &80s, including classical solo piano and orchestra performances. I could listen for hours without fatigue. My other headphone is a wired analog Sennheiser HD490 Pro; although an open air design, it gave me a point of reference to compare. The JBL is able to hold its own with its sound quality and useful noise cancellation. In a quiet setting, I like using the ambient mode so I can hear activity in the room; its very in-obtrusive. On an airplane I plan to set the headphone in full noise cancelling mode. Another useful feature is its built in microphone that can be used with Zoom conference and cel phone call conversations. I have not tried that yet. The Bluetooth setup was a breeze, no issues with an IPhone and IPad devices. I chose the smaller over the ear design as I plan to travel with this headphone, so I wanted something smaller and don’t like earbuds and never use them. The JBL fits tightly on the ear though its not uncomfortable. I had them on for 3 hours without issues. The build quality is excellent though I won’t really know until a few years pass. I’ll give an update on how the headphone performs on an airplane with the noise cancellation in use.
Customer Review: I am autistic and needed a new pair of headphones that I can wear 95% of the time to help with regulation. In the house, going to classes, going to the store, working out, riding my bike, etc. My requirements included decent noise cancellation to help me not get overstimulated, ambient mode so I can wear my headphones and listen to music without being shut out from the world around me, a comfortable long-term fit, a compact design for travel, a sleek design, and great sound quality, particularly with great bass. I’ve always preferred on-ear headphones, and my last pair were Beats Solo 3s. These are so much better in terms of features, the Beats are barely comparable. With these, I got all of my wishes and more. Along with the ANC and Ambient Aware modes, they have a Talk Thru mode that allows me to keep my headphones on and continue to listen to music even during conversations and lectures. I love all of the features, and interacting with them through the app. Though, I can’t tell much difference when using Spatial Audio vs. when I’m not. I do wear glasses and I haven’t had problems with the headphones hurting behind my ears from pushing on my glasses. I find that the swivel-ability of the headphones allows me to angle them in a way that doesn’t put prolonged pressure on the back of my ear.Additionally, the design is very sleek and looks good wearing in public. The multi-connection feature is brand new to me and so incredibly handy. I work from home and have mostly online college courses, so being able to multitask and switch sound between my work and music instantly without having to change any settings is an awesome convenience. Great battery life, and wonderful sound for my very diverse music taste. I got these on sale for $75, and they have been incredible quality for that price, I would probably even pay full price for them. The mic works very well for phone calls and gaming. One of the best purchases I’ve made for myself, and definitely the best set of headphones I’ve ever had.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The headphones look nice and overall discreet; not too flashy. The plastic material used on the outside of the headphones as well as the earmuff material has held up very well after around 6 months of frequent use.The earmuffs themselves are very comfortable and cover my ears nicely and provide a good, secure, fit where I don’t have to worry about them falling off if moving around or bending over briefly. Battery life is also excellent, I charge them about once a week if that, although in my use case I typically keep them on max 5 hours at a time, with them being used most days of the week. Your battery life may vary of course depending on your usage. The provided app is nice as it gives access to settings, updates, as well as different EQ settings. I only messed around with the app a few times but don’t really ever use it, but that’s just me.The noise cancellation and transparency features are very nice and well made, transparency mode is very good and is better than my gen 1 AirPods Pros. Noise cancellation is also very good as well and blocks out most noise. Both of these settings are also nicely controlled via a button on the left earmuff (there is a setting for automatic switching which I personally shut off as I found it irritating). There’s also a special mode which is essentially a bass booster mode that’s controlled via a big button on the left earmuff with auditory queues that amplifies the bass nicely. The right earmuff also features a touch pad for gesture-based controls that allow for up/down for volume, skip or repeat track, and can even go forward or backwards in a song. It works pretty good and is convenient!! You can even tap and hold to activate Siri which I imagine would also activate Google Assistant on an Android. As for sound quality I am not an audiophile and am an average consumer when it comes to music but these headphones fit my listening needs perfectly. The sound is very clear and high quality to my ears and as someone who personally enjoys more bass these headphones are perfect for that. The very few negatives I have are I’ve noticed recently that if I rapidly tap down or up my phone’s volume buttons there will be a slight delay in response with the headphones and a few times the headphones will adjust the volume more than the clicks implied; however this could just be a phone/operating system thing rather than the headphones themselves. Another issue I had was with the automatic transparency/noise cancelling switching…I just found it annoying and would switch it to transparency only for it to shortly switch back to noise cancellation. There was also another very odd bug and annoyance that began a few months ago but has since not occurred in about a couple months where the headphones would randomly completely disconnect abruptly without the disconnecting sound playing. It was quite frustrating and my theory is possibly some interference when my Apple Watch would get close to the left earmuff. Whatever caused the issue has since not occurred.Another added unintentional bonus is that wearing these even while not listening to anything provides a nice soothing/calming feeling, good for those who struggle with anxiety or mental health issues.Overall I would absolutely recommend purchasing these!!! As an average audio/music consumer these are perfect for me and the price was very well worth it.
Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. I bought this product as a gift for a friend. I hope he love it as I do!I opened the box and I tried it with a Playlist and the sound is exactly as I expected, I’m a SONY guy forever and always I owned SONY devices for music and televisions and this quality is the best always.Value for money: The product is well priced, plus I got it in a very good offer also.Noise cancelation: This modern characteristic in music devices is amazing, so the sound is super clear.Cord length: I don’t like the length of the charger cable but is the same port from cellphones and other devices, so charging it isn’t a problem.Ease of use: Without words, can’t be more easy to use this device. I love the sensor to operate the earphone.ULT Bass: This is why I bought this one, because reading about this model I saw good reviews about Bass quality and really is true 100%, the Bass sound is more than amazing. The size is Ok, and fit very well on me.Battery Life: This is the only thing I’m missing to test, but I hope will be OK.Always I will recommend products Sony! 5 stars.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I love these earbuds! They have a silicone tip which is far more comfortable than the AirPods. They fit snugly and block out other noise. They paired easily and quickly to my TV.The case shows a clear battery charge indicator so there is no guesswork about whether they are charged or not. I wore them all night, they didn’t lose their charge and when I put them in the case this morning, it showed they are still charged at 93%! I prefer the sound quality as well. You can’t beat their inexpensive price. I bought a second set to keep in my purse for roadtrips, airplane rides, waiting rooms, hospital visits, etc. I have yet to use any of the other features but I’m sure they must also be great. You can’t go wrong with these earbuds! Apple should pay attention and upgrade their AirPods to this level.
Customer Review: The earbuds were easy to connect to my phone. Sound is very clear and the earbuds fit very comfortably in my ears. The bass is lacking but it does not hinder my ability to enjoy my music. The weight of the buds are fine, not too heavy or light. It’s a solid product overall and I look forward to seeing how long they last. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
Complete Buying Guide for Best Wireless Headphones At Best Buy
Essential Factors We Consider
When shopping for the best wireless headphones at Best Buy, focus on these core pillars. Noise Cancellation (ANC) is crucial for travel and focus—test if possible, as effectiveness varies wildly. Battery Life should meet your needs; 20+ hours is excellent for over-ears, while earbuds vary more. Comfort and Fit are subjective but paramount for long sessions—consider over-ear, on-ear, or in-ear. Sound Signature matters: JBL and Sony often lean bass-heavy, while Bose is more balanced. Finally, Features like multipoint Bluetooth, voice assistant support, and app EQ customization can greatly enhance usability.
Budget Planning
You can find a great pair at any budget. Under $100 offers solid value with models like the Sony WH-CH720N or JBL Tune 770NC, providing good ANC and battery. The $100-$200 range includes premium comfort and ANC from Bose and Sony’s mid-tier models. Over $200 enters flagship territory with best-in-class noise cancellation and sound. Determine your must-have features first. If battery life is king, the TAGRY or Picun B8 are unbeatable. If supreme ANC and comfort are non-negotiable, the Bose is worth the investment.
Final Thoughts
The “best” headphone is the one that best fits your personal ecosystem and use case. Don’t just chase specs. Think about where you’ll use them most—on a noisy commute, in a quiet office, at the gym?—and prioritize the features that matter for that scenario. All the headphones on this list are highly rated and available at Best Buy, but your personal comfort and listening preferences are the final judge. Use this roundup as a shortlist, and if possible, try them on before you buy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does Best Buy have good deals on wireless headphones?
A: Yes, Best Buy frequently runs sales, especially during holiday seasons, Black Friday, and back-to-school periods. They also offer price matching and have a good open-box section where you can find discounts on previous-gen models. Checking their “Deal of the Day” and using any available member coupons can lead to significant savings.
Q: Should I buy over-ear or on-ear wireless headphones?
A: Over-ear headphones (like most on this list) generally provide better passive noise isolation, more cushioning for long-term comfort, and often house larger drivers for fuller sound. On-ear headphones are more compact, lighter, and can be cooler to wear. Choose over-ear for maximum comfort and isolation, on-ear for portability and a lighter feel.
Q: How important is active noise cancellation (ANC)?
A: ANC is essential if you commute, work in an open office, or travel by plane/train. It electronically cancels out low-frequency ambient noise like engine hum and air conditioning. If you primarily use headphones in a quiet home environment, ANC is less critical and you can save money by opting for models without it.
Q: What’s the real-world battery life like?
A: Manufacturer claims are often optimistic. Real-world battery life is typically 70-80% of the advertised number when using ANC and at moderate volume. Our reviews and customer feedback reflect real usage patterns. For example, a “30-hour” claim might yield about 22-25 hours with ANC on.
Q: Can I use these headphones for phone calls and gaming?
A: All headphones on this list have built-in microphones for calls. Quality varies—premium models like Bose and Sony generally have better mic clarity and noise rejection. For gaming, Bluetooth can introduce slight audio lag, which is frustrating for competitive games. Some models (like the Picun B8) offer a low-latency “gaming mode” via a wired connection or specific Bluetooth codec to minimize this.
Finding the right pair of best wireless headphones at Best Buy doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you need the ultimate battery life of the TAGRY, the premium comfort of the Bose, or the unbeatable value of the Sony WH-CH720N, there’s a perfect match for you on this list.
