Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Currently using this set at my work desk. I had a black wireless keyboard and mouse that my company gave me to start with. It was bulky and got in the way at times. I also wanted something to match my set up (white) at work. The keyboard came with a jelly key cover which I took off, but I could get used to it! The mouse is sleek and easy to work. The only problem I found with the set was actually getting both to work. I used the batteries from the package and put them into the keyboard and the mouse. The keyboard paired right away, but I had issues with my mouse. I realized after trying to turn it on and plug in the usb chip, that the batteries were dead. I used a different set of batteries and the mouse turned right on.
Customer Review: Love the look. Slim and aesthetically pleasing. Very easy instructions how to set it up. The mouse is my favorite, batteries included. I do wish the keyboard was less noisy but not loud enough to make a genuine complaint.Seven different colors as background light on the keyboards with three levels of brightness on each color.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Definitely the most comfortable and quiet keyboard I have used to date. The function keys on this are so convenient. Setup is easy and the touch response on the keys feels so natural and so quiet. It is not backlit but that is fine for me because the quality of the keys is worth it. With keyboards being so expensive these days for the gamer sect, this is the perfect value for the rest of us who use the keyboard for data entry purposes. I stumbled upon a function key for print screen that is a gamechanger for me in my work, so I am very pleased.
Customer Review: This is a great keyboard, and the wireless mouse is a bonus too. I’ve owned several iterations of this keyboard for about 15 years, and I’m on my fourth one (not for quality, but because I’ve moved jobs or wanted a more recent model). It is easy to set up using Bluetooth and sets up within seconds. The Bluetooth range is also great I can move the keyboard or mouse around my office and it still types no matter where I move. The keys are easy to type with ergonomically and when they type they’re soft yet firm, if that makes sense. They’re not loud. Really happy with this keyboard!

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I purchased my MK295 Combo in May 2021. It has worked faithfully all the time I’ve owned it. It is still quiet, and the only issue is I recently purchased a new computer with WIN 11 and an AMD chip. There seems to be a lag as I’m typing this review. I blame the new microsoft Windows. It was, and is, easy to set up because there really isn’t any set-up to speak of. Just plug and play. The product quality is exceptional amd it came in the right color, black. Buy it and enjoy it now, before they discontinue it like they did the K470.
Customer Review: When I test a product and review it I don’t usually use superlative words and I will only rate something five stars if it truly deserves it, and not every product does. This one does. I’ll try to explain briefly. I am a prolific writer and I have actually worn more keyboards out than some small stores sell in a year. Not that I am rough on them, they just don’t last long, and this brand has been my nemesis for as many years as I can remember. While I think they often make the best of class, sometimes, they also sometimes make things I believe are calculated to not last long. But that aside, my other goal this round in addition to durability is I need my keyboard and mouse to be silent, not quiet but silent. Almost none are and currently it’s even trendy to own keyboards with varying degrees of clicky sounds. Not me.IS THIS SILENTMy gold standard for keyboards in Logitech’s own K740, which practically every source has called the best keyboard ever made. Unfortunately due to an incredible lack of understanding, they discontinued it with no suitable replacement. Their current high-end offerings are wrong in every way but they don’t think that way which means I have zero interest in them. I like the K740 so much that I bought a second one as soon as I heard they were discontinuing them and I still have it sealed away unopened. Read back a couple of lines and you know what happened to my beloved keyboard, it reached that predicable end of life when the enter key broke and then the letter vee stopped working properly. Both can be fixed with time and patience, which I don’t have so I started shopping and it came down to this model that they call silent and the model K650 which is also claimed to be silent and in fact I couldn’t see way it was going for twice as much, and this one even included a basic but decent mouse, which I thought I would just keep in the box. I had low expectations but I ordered this anyway. From the moment my fingers touched the keys it was love, it is actually very slightly quieter than the K740 (which makes it almost impossible to hear) and the keys are as high quality, solid and non-rattling, perfectly shaped, ideal key travel, in short it’s like this is the long awaited replacement for the best keyboard on the planet. So keep it a secret between you and me, this is its twin brother with a couple of exceptions, which I’ll list below.IS ANYTHING PERFECTI am going to be nitpicking to try to come up with any flaws and there aren’t really any. They are just things to know about, for example this model isn’t illuminated. I used to like that feature but now I’m not sure I miss it. The other has to do with the shift lock light which is in an inconvenient location and hard to see with the glossy clear cover over it. I miss having the on-screen reminder. As far as the mouse, it’s actually better than I though and I put my MX series away for now. If I would improve anything I would say it’s a little small for my hand and a trifle light so when I touch it I’m always wanting to lift it up. Oh and one more thing. Why did they feel it was necessary to print the annoying ad message printed on the space bar with the words silent touch? It’s distracting and completely destroys the professional restrained look of the rest of the unit. Someone is just not thinking at Logi.YES NO MAYBEWhen I couldn’t find what I wanted I thought I would look for a K740, of course they’ve been long gone for years. There are a lot of people offering them used at as much as $500 bucks and I even saw one for a thousand. No thanks, I know it’s hard to believe but this one is just as good. End of story.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I’m using this with a Dell XPS 13. My previous keyboard/mouse combo only had the nano USB receiver (which is also an option with this combo), but I had occasional lag issues. I decided to get the MK650 and try it with Bluetooth. I think it’s a little expensive for what you get, but it’s been worth it. It connects instantly and the connection is stable, plus it frees up a USB port on my hub. I have had zero issues with lag, drops, or interference, even with other Bluetooth devices connected such as earbuds or speakers.Keyboard: I’m used to chiclet style keys, but this is fine. I would prefer it without the palm rest to make it more compact, but it is comfortable. I like the multiple leg options to set the angle. I also like the built-in media and volume control keys above the main keys. They are a requirement for me so I don’t have to hit Fn whenever I want to pause or change volume. That said, I am finding several of the function keys to be very useful. Being able to bring up settings, quick print, or calculator with a single keystroke is quite efficient. My only real complaint is the lack of a light to indicate NumLock for the numeric keypad. It’s a minor issue, since I have it on nearly 100% of the time, but an indicator to be sure would be nice. There is one for CapsLock, so the lack for NumLock seems odd.Mouse: It’s a nice, smooth mouse. The wheel is better than many others I have used. The inclusion of two side buttons is nice. By default, they go forward and backward through webpages or other apps. I’m sure they can be customized using Logitech apps, but they’re fine for me as they are. The button clicks are very quiet and actually took me a little while to get used to. I was so used to louder clicks that I wasn’t sure at first if I had missed a click. But after a couple of days it was natural and I love the quiet.Overall, it’s a good combo. A little more expensive than ones that only have the USB receiver, but it’s definitely worth the price for my usage. Connection is solid and there are lots of little features that are convenient and useful.
Customer Review: This Logitech Signature MK650 Combo is a solid choice for anyone needing a reliable, quiet, and comfortable setup. I use it in a shared workspace, and the quiet typing and clicking have made a noticeable difference—no more noisy distractions during calls or meetings! The SmartWheel mouse is another highlight—it automatically switches between smooth scrolling and precise control, which is great when switching between spreadsheets and web browsing. The ergonomics are also impressive: the keyboard has a soft palm rest, and the mouse fits naturally in the hand. It’s clear Logitech put a lot of thought into comfort and function. One major plus for me is how easy the low-pressure keys are to press. If you’re dealing with carpal tunnel, arthritis, or general hand mobility issues, this keyboard makes a real difference. Typing feels smooth and effortless, which reduces strain during long work sessions.I use it with Windows without issues, and the Logi Bolt connection has been stable and secure throughout.A few drawbacks: there’s no backlighting, so it’s not ideal for late-night work. It’s also battery-powered (AA), which isn’t a dealbreaker thanks to the long battery life, but I’d prefer rechargeable. Finally, while Logi Bolt is great for stability, it does mean you need a USB port for the dongle unless you’re using Bluetooth—something to consider for laptop users with limited ports.Overall: A great value combo for professionals who want a quiet, ergonomic, and accessible setup. Nearly perfect—just a few minor trade-offs.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a nice wireless keyboard and mouse set! I just wish I had thoroughly read about the product before purchasing. To me, the biggest downside is the lack of effects. My old keyboard (RIP) had so many light settings/colors and functions. This keyboard does not- 3 brightness settings is all you get. The keys clicks softly and feels good (if you’re into that kind of thing. I do not like that some of the keys don’t respond all the time. It may be user error and I need to get used to it. The mouse clicks are great! I like how it feels and it’s small. I think I may have needed the matte black as my lamp creates a glare of the keys and makes it hard to read. But a non issue for me.
Customer Review: I got the matte black keyboard and mouse! I’ve had this set for almost 2 months now – love the lights on them! They stay charged for weeks with daily use, even when I randomly forget to turn them off. The keys don’t stick/lag or anything and the mouse works fine also! The lettering on the keys hasn’t worn off yet, but I do see some fading spots when the light is on. These are not quiet, but they’re not loud either.
Complete Buying Guide for Best Wireless Mouse And Keyboard
Essential Factors We Consider
When choosing a best wireless mouse and keyboard combo, prioritize your primary use case. For offices, noise level is critical—look for “silent” or “whisper-quiet” models. Gamers need low latency and high DPI mice. Ergonomics matters for long sessions; wave designs or palm rests reduce strain. Battery life varies wildly—rechargeable options are convenient, while some use disposable batteries for longer life. Connectivity includes 2.4GHz (most stable), Bluetooth (saves USB ports), or tri-mode for flexibility. Finally, layout—ensure you have a numpad if you do data entry, and consider backlighting for dim environments.
Budget Planning
You can find a reliable basic wireless combo for under $30. For quiet office use or basic gaming, budget $30-$60. Premium ergonomic business combos with secure connections (like Logi Bolt) run $70-$100. The most expensive models offer advanced features like extensive RGB customization, ultra-long battery life, or specialized ergonomic shapes. Remember, the best wireless mouse and keyboard for you balances necessary features with your budget—don’t overpay for specs you won’t use.
Final Thoughts
The ideal combo depends entirely on your workflow. If you’re unsure, a mid-range model like the Logitech MK295 or MK670 offers a great blend of quiet operation, comfort, and reliability. Always check the return policy and warranty terms before purchasing, especially from third-party sellers. A good wireless mouse and keyboard set should feel like an extension of your hands—intuitive, comfortable, and dependable day in and day out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Wireless vs. wired mouse and keyboard—which is better?
A: Wireless offers a cleaner desk and more flexibility but requires batteries/recharging and can have minor latency (though modern 2.4GHz is excellent). Wired provides zero latency, never needs batteries, and is cheaper, but limits movement with cables. For gaming or critical tasks, high-end wireless is now very close to wired. For most office and general use, wireless is the more convenient best wireless mouse and keyboard choice.
Q: How long do batteries last in wireless combos?
A: It varies. Basic combos with disposable AA/AAA batteries can last 6 months to 2 years. Rechargeable models typically last 1-4 weeks per charge, depending on backlight usage. Some, like the SABLUTE with its 4000mAh battery, can last months. Always check manufacturer estimates, but real-world life depends on your daily use hours and whether backlighting is on.
Q: Can I use a wireless mouse and keyboard with a Mac?
Q: What’s the difference between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth wireless?
A: 2.4GHz uses a small USB dongle (receiver). It typically offers a more stable, lower-latency connection with less interference, ideal for gaming and precise work. Bluetooth connects directly to your computer’s built-in Bluetooth, saving a USB port but can be slightly more prone to interference and latency. Some combos offer both, letting you choose.
Q: Are backlit keyboards necessary?
A: Not necessary, but very useful. Backlighting helps in low-light environments, reduces eye strain, and can be a style feature. However, it significantly drains battery on wireless combos. If you work in a well-lit room or don’t type in the dark, you can save money and battery by choosing a non-backlit model like the Logitech MK295 or MK470.
