Customer Reviews
Customer Review: My husband spends a big part of the day on calls at the office, so he’s always looking for a headset that’s comfortable and easy to use. I got this one for his desk setup and he started using it the same afternoon it arrived. The charging dock sits right next to his monitor and actually looks pretty nice with the soft RGB light. It keeps the headset in one spot so it’s not getting tossed around on the desk. He likes that he can just pick it up in the morning and it’s ready to go without searching for a cable. The connection with his laptop was quick and simple. He mainly uses it for work calls and online meetings, and the sound has been clear on both sides. He told me the microphone does a good job blocking out background noise from the office area. Sometimes there are people walking around or talking nearby, but the people on the call still hear him clearly. The mute button is also really convenient during meetings when he needs to quickly turn the mic off. The headset itself is lightweight and the ear cushion is soft enough that he can keep it on for a long call without feeling uncomfortable. Battery life has been reliable during the workday. He usually keeps it on the dock after work and by the next morning it’s fully ready again. The dock also keeps his desk looking a bit more organized compared to leaving a headset lying around. One small thing he mentioned is that the RGB light is noticeable in a darker room, but it’s not distracting and it actually looks pretty cool on the desk. Overall it’s been a really practical headset for his office calls and fits nicely into his daily work.
Customer Review: I spend several hours a day on video calls and phone meetings, so having a comfortable headset with clear audio is important. The ear cups are soft and breathable, and they sit comfortably even after wearing the headset for long meetings. I’ve had days with back-to-back calls for several hours, and the headset never felt too tight or heavy. The adjustable headband also helps it fit securely without putting too much pressure on my head. The noise cancellation does a great job reducing background sounds, which is helpful when I’m working from home and there are occasional household noises. My voice comes through clearly on the other end, and I can hear colleagues without any distortion. The built-in mute button on the microphone is easy to tap quickly during meetings if I need to pause and talk to someone nearby. The multiple connection options are very convenient. I usually connect it to my laptop with Bluetooth, but the included USB dongle works great as well. I like that it can connect to two devices at the same time, so I can switch between my phone and computer without reconnecting everything. The wireless range is wide enough, I can walk to another room briefly without losing the connection.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I’ve gone through my fair share of wireless headsets, but this one really stands out. From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was designed with real world use in mind. The sound quality is crisp and full, with impressive clarity on both ends of a call. My colleagues have even commented on how clear my voice sounds thanks to the noise cancelling mic, which blocks out household noise (including my kids in the next room) without making my voice sound robotic. The volume knob is one of those small upgrades that makes a huge difference. It’s way quicker and more natural than tapping buttons, especially during meetings or gaming. I also appreciate the charging indicator light, which takes the guesswork out of knowing when it’s ready to go. Connectivity has been flawless. It pairs instantly with my laptop and phone, and I can switch between devices without any hiccups. Whether I’m in a Zoom meeting, on a Teams call, or listening to music, there’s zero lag or dropout. The battery easily lasts all day. I’ve gone two full days of heavy use without needing to recharge. Comfort wise, it’s lightweight yet sturdy. I’ve worn it through hours of back to back calls, and it still feels comfortable with no sore spots. The build quality feels durable, not cheap plastic, and the one touch mute button is a real lifesaver when multitasking. I also use it for gaming and movies, and I was honestly surprised by the rich bass and clear mids. It doesn’t just sound good for a work headset, it sounds good, period. Overall, this headset nails everything I care about: comfort, clarity, battery life, and reliability. Whether you’re working from home, running meetings, or sneaking in some gaming after hours, this thing delivers. Highly recommend, it punches way above its price range.
Customer Review: I bought this headset because I was tired of using my earbuds on my Microsoft Teams calls for work and I didn’t want to be tethered to my MacBook for my calls. I chose this headset due to the great reviews it received and the accolades others had given regarding the sound quality. Upon unboxing, I found the quality of the headset to be solidly constructed. The product was easy to setup (almost no configuration required). The stand / charging cradle is nicely weighted and there is a nice battery charging level indicator that shows how much still needs to be charged. I love the fact that the volume level is easily controlled by turning the one knob on the ear so there is no guessing about volume or hunting for buttons behind your ear. I also love the fact that the mute button is a small button on the microphone boom and is quite easy to find and press. I also like the fact that there is a friendly (British female) voice in your ear that announces when mute is on / off. The sound and voice quality on this headset is very clear and I haven’t had any issues on my calls. The range is very good with me walking all around our 3,600 sq ft home with no degradation of call quality throughout the house. I recently needed to contact their support to ask a question regarding the USB dongle (which works quite well) and their customer support was quite prompt and helpful. Overall – I highly recommend this headset.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I’ve never been too particular about headphones, but I’ve always wanted to have a good pair. Every time I looked for something nice, though, it turned out to be too expensive, so I ended up giving up on it. For a long time, I didn’t buy any because I didn’t want to get something too cheap and unreliable. Then I came across this headset at a reasonable price and decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! I often watch singing competition shows, usually late at night after putting my 5-year-old to bed. Sometimes my child would wake up when the sound leaked from the speakers, so I’d been wanting headphones even more. Recently, I’ve also been working from home occasionally, so I needed a headset with a microphone. This one turned out to be the perfect combination of quality and affordability. The sound quality is much better than I expected. It doesn’t seem to have active noise cancelling in the electronic sense, but the passive noise isolation works surprisingly well. When I listen to singing audition programs with this headset, I can clearly hear the differences in each contestant’s tone and vocal texture — something I couldn’t notice before. I personally don’t like in-ear earphones because my ears get oily easily, so this over-ear style is perfect for me. It covers my ears comfortably without feeling too tight, and it really brings out the richness of the sound. I haven’t measured it precisely, but the battery life seems excellent. The Bluetooth connection is strong — once, I even went downstairs to the first floor without realizing I still had the headset on, and it stayed connected the whole time! Of course, it’s a shame I can’t share the sound quality directly since that’s something you have to hear for yourself. But I’m really happy with this purchase, and I wanted to leave a review for anyone who’s considering it. So far, I’m completely satisfied — and I will share more here if I have any updates.
Customer Review: I’ve been using this Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Microphone for work-from-home meetings and office calls, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The noise-cancelling mic does a great job filtering out background sounds, which is perfect for busy environments or shared spaces. My voice comes through clearly on Zoom and Teams, even with kids or pets nearby. The mute button is easy to access and super handy during long meetings. I also appreciate the lightweight design—it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours without pressure or fatigue. The wireless connection is stable across my laptop and phone, and the battery life easily lasts through a full workday. Whether you’re in a call center, remote office, or just need a dependable headset for virtual meetings, this one delivers solid performance and comfort. Highly recommended for professionals who value clarity, convenience, and seamless multitasking.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: So it’s been a week since using this headset working from home and I can certainly say it’s a HUGE upgrade from the headset I had, not only is it a easy plug and go but it’s just as lightweight as my old headset. I was very skeptical about the comments as many were mixed but this was highly recommended by my friend and by a few of my coworkers and now I can see why. The sound quality is loud, good enough for you to clearly hear on zoom meetings or on a call and no one will have an issue hearing you either, my old headset struggled with this as it was really low and I would always have to move the mic closer to my mouth or project my voice which I hated as I was pretty much shouting while the person on the other end could barely hear me, but with this I didn’t have to do that, if I’m speaking softly I have no issues as the other person can hear me perfectly fine and if I’m projecting my voice a bit the feedback is still decent. It is super comfy and it doesn’t hurt my ears having it on for long hours infact sometimes I forget that I have them on. The buttons are kinda soft and the volume control is decent does what it should. I had no issues connecting it to my laptop and I was glad the cord length was around the length as my previous headset so I didn’t have to worry about accidentally plugging the thing out if I make a sudden move. The noise cancellation on this is why I rated this so highly, I work from home so my environment isn’t really a quiet zone, my old headset was terrible with dealing with the noises in my background picking up everything! but with this it blocks out EVERYTHING and it does a fairly decent job removing the loud background noises too even though if you happen to be talking at that time it will make you sound a bit distorted but not to the extend that it’s unbearable to the listener (some may not even notice). Now, I can have my TV on or music on and no one could tell. Also it shows a red light when your mic is active and green when it isn’t which is a feature I kinda like. So far this headset is very good and works really good I am happy with my purchase. I had my other headset for nearly a year so I’m looking forward to using this one for a really long time too.
Customer Review: I recently purchased these headphones and I am impressed with it, the noise canceling feature excellent, really great for work. The ear muffs has a cushion feel, the headband doesn’t squeeze and can be extended to your liking, also the sound is very clear.

Cons:

- Sound quality is adequate but not as rich as stereo headsets.
- Microphone can be overly sensitive, picking up some sounds if not positioned correctly.
Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Very decent quality headset for the pricepoint. It is comfortable on my head, I work 8.5 hour shifts and I don’t have to recharge in between. The first time setting up with my work programs was a little time consuming but that was an error on my part, the device works great. It does seem to pick up every sound around me so the sound quality is good, it’s not perfect for noise cancellation as it only has the one earpiece. If I could add anything, it would be to turn the mic on and off by raising or lowering the mic.
Customer Review: The only cordless microphone headset I’ve found that works flawlessly with Dragon Naturally Speaking. Easy to install… Just plug in the USB dongle, turn on the headset and you’re connected. Comfortable, once you begin to use them, you’ll forget you even have them on. I highly recommend this headset for voice communication, both with the computer and with other people.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a really nice headset at a great price point. The quality is way beyond the price. First of all the Battery. The thing won’t die! I used it for 8 days of non stop use for work before needing to recharge it! I love the instant on power switch, as opposed to having to wait a few seconds of holding down a button like most headsets, making you miss the call if you want to answer on your headset, but have to turn it on first. It has all the necessary buttons, from mute to volume up and down, a pairing button, everything you need. They are incredibly easy to set up and connect to your cell phone, tablet, laptop, or PC via Bluetooth, and also come with a USB dongle in case your computer doesnt have Bluetooth capabilities. The sound quality is amazing, on par with my music listening headphones, and the microphone is noise cancelling, so the person youre talking to only hears you, no background noise. They are incredibly comfortable, with super soft leather earpads, and they’re lightweight, so you forget youre even wearing them. Sometimes I even use them to watch TV or movies, and often while scrolling YouTube or social media on my phone. This is a good, high quality headset that I look forward to using for years to come.
Customer Review: Great wireless headphones for the price. The sound is clear with solid bass, and they connect quickly without issues. Battery life is impressive, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for hours. Overall, a reliable and good quality option.
Complete Buying Guide for Best Headsets For Call Centres
Essential Factors We Consider
When evaluating headsets for call centre work, we prioritize noise cancellation (both for your voice and your ears), all-day comfort, battery life for wireless models, and connection reliability. The microphone must make your voice sound natural and clear, not robotic or muffled. Comfort is measured by ear cushion material, headband pressure, and weight. For wired headsets, cable length and in-line controls are key. We also test compatibility with common platforms like Teams, Zoom, and softphones.
Budget Planning
You can find a capable wired headset for under $50. For wireless models with good noise cancellation and decent battery life, budget $60-$100. Premium features like hybrid ANC, ultra-long 60+ hour batteries, and specialized connectivity (like Quick Disconnect for desk phones) will push prices into the $100-$200 range. Determine your must-have features—if you need all-week battery, spend more. If you have a quiet home office, a budget model may suffice.
Final Thoughts
The “best” headset is the one that matches your specific work environment and personal needs. A call center agent using a softphone on a noisy street has different needs than someone in a quiet home office with a desk phone. Our top picks cover a wide range of scenarios, from the versatile Earbay V6.0 to the budget-friendly LEVN 5.2 and the phone-specific VT QD. Focus on your daily pain points—is it background noise, uncomfortable fit, or dead batteries?—and choose the headset that solves it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Wireless vs. Wired: Which is better for a call centre?
A: Wireless headsets offer freedom of movement, which is great if you need to step away from your desk or stretch. However, they require charging and can occasionally have connection hiccups. Wired headsets provide a rock-solid, zero-latency connection with zero charging needed—ideal for strictly desk-bound roles or IT-restricted environments. For most remote workers, wireless is more convenient.
Q: What’s the difference between noise cancellation (ANC) and noise-cancelling microphones (ENC)?
A: ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) uses microphones and speakers to cancel out ambient sound *for you*, helping you focus. ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) uses multiple microphones to isolate *your voice* from background noise, so the person on the other end hears you clearly. The best headsets use both.
Q: How important is battery life for a wireless headset?
A: Extremely important. You don’t want your headset dying mid-shift. Look for at least 20-25 hours for a single charge to cover a couple of workdays. The models on our list with 40-65 hour batteries are exceptional and only need weekly charging.
Q: Can I use these headsets with my mobile phone and computer at the same time?
A: Many of our top picks, like the Earbay V6.0 and Editor’s Choice model, support dual connectivity. This means you can connect to your PC via USB dongle and your phone via Bluetooth simultaneously, seamlessly switching between calls on both devices.
Q: What is a “Busylight” and do I need one?
A:A Busylight is a bright indicator (usually red) on the headset or ear cup that signals to people around you that you are on a call. It’s a great feature for open offices or shared home spaces to prevent interruptions. The Wired Headset #6 features a 360° visible Busylight.
Choosing the right headset is an investment in your comfort, productivity, and professional image. Based on our testing, the Earbay V6.0 takes the crown for its unbeatable combination of features, comfort, and that handy RGB dock. If you want the absolute best sound and controls, the Editor’s Choice model is perfection. And if your budget is tight, the LEVN 5.2 delivers 90% of the performance for half the price. Don’t suffer through another day with a subpar headset—pick one from our list and transform your call experience today.
