Functionally is very straight forward, seems to be very good quality. only recommendation is to the keep the transmitter at least 1-2 feet from any other wireless transmitter as it will cause interference.

Customer Review: Man where do I start on these. These are some quality IEM’s. For me, isolation is important because that’s part of the whole point of IEM’s. If I just wanted quality, I could use my headphones or studio monitors. IEM’s are designed to be small and lightweight. Read: portable. If I could sit in one place I’d use my studio monitors. Anyway! On we go:I first got into the IEM scene with some VSD1S’s which were highly recommended by several websites and many reviews, saying they were worth way more than the asking price. I bought them, instantly didn’t like them — they seemed fatiguing to listen to, weren’t very comfortable, and transmitted a lot of sound. Sitting in a library, I could still hear everything, even people whispering. Tried burning them in for 100 hours, still no better.I bought some more “isolating” IEM’s — the Meelectronics M6 Pro’s, attracted by the price. I couldn’t get those to seal in my ear canals very well and they were not comfortable at all. They sounded decent. But then again, what good are they if they don’t isolate and aren’t comfy?Enter these SE215’s. First time I tried them on, they were noticeably way more comfortable than both other IEM’s I’d had. Also, instantly (no burn in) they sounded way better. Other reviewers have said that the bass is “heard, not felt” — which is true. The bass is there but not “forward” or muddy by any means. Very balanced. Highs are detailed and the imaging is fantastic. Vocals and mids are there but not prominent in any way. I like my music ‘flat’ and these do that wonderfully. They aren’t fatiguing to listen to, and oh BOY do they isolate! In fact, that deserves a whole new paragraph.The isolation is unreal. It’s like wearing earplugs, that play music. It’s great. I have a video of my cousin trying out these earbuds, and I ask him, “Hey, how’s the isolation? Hello? Must be good” and his face the whole time screams ‘bliss’ with no care in the world. He definitely did not hear me. I was on the plane, and even with the music paused, I still couldn’t hear the flight attendant ask, “Chicken or beef?” These definitely are the most isolating earbuds I have ever used. The only place these MIGHT be beat is with droning noises like the jet engine on a plane, where active noise cancelling headphones might beat them. But that’s because of how ANC isolates versus how these isolate. (ANC is better with constant noises like droning engine sounds, and these are better where sounds are more ‘random’.) In a busy city center, or a subway, or in a loud area, for example, these are hands down superior.tl;dr: These IEM’s are wonderfully comfortable (wore them on a 12 hour flight with no issue), have great sound, and isolate better than anything I’ve ever tried. Customer Review: I’m not an audiophile, but these sound excellent. I’ve seen other reviewers say they are very well balanced. I would agree with the assessment. They have good bass without being overpowered by it. Vocals are clear and do not get drowned out by the instruments. I noticed good stereo separation. At under $50, these are a great value. I think they sound better (clearer/crisper) than my Sennheiser HD599s and my Apple AirPod Pro 3s (and those sound great to me, as well.) There are a couple of minor annoyances. The detachable cable doesn’t have the left and right channels marked (if it is there, it is too tiny for me to see.) When I first plugged them in, I listened to a stereo test on YouTube and found I had the left and right channels swapped. Easy fix. The other annoyance were the swappable silicone tips. I needed to go up a size. I didn’t think I was ever going to get them installed. I have not worn them long term or for a workout yet, so I cannot speak to their long-term comfort.

They’re not clipping or they don’t cause spikes in tone, they don’t sound tinny. I like the fact that they come with additional ear foams for larger or smaller ear sockets. They connect very well, they’re nice and snug. They’re durable. But they do tend to tangle pretty easy. That’s easily dismissed. Well worth the money. I was today years old when i realized these also had a microphone.

I’m a “bang-for-the-buck” kinda guy and these do not disappoint.A little tricky to figure out the cables & routing, but in maybe just a few minutes you’ll have it squared away.I did also pick up (on a whim) one of those little amplifier chingas that plugs inline with the earbuds for about the same price as the earbuds…And holy cow!!! Even as a long time wired-earbud user this is one impressive little combo. The earbuds fit so well, like premium fitment on a budget, and the sound is incredible, full spectrum, and only starts to muddy up a little bit if you REALLY crank on both the input volume AND the amp volume.I can see how a cable upgrade may be a good idea, the provided cables aren’t the best, but they work, for now.Overall a great purchase. Kinda bummed they didn’t come with any little pouch or case, but not worth docking a star over, either. I have others.

Customer Review: I moved from wireless headphones to IEMS recently from a few friends that recommended these.As a musician that have used High end IEMS for performance and shows, I was very skeptical on the quality and the sound that would come from these. After reading the reviews I pulled the trigger on these and got them. Paired them with a cable extension to my Pc and I am absolutely surprised at how great these sound. For the price the drivers inside these IEMS really put out some work, the unit gives a great seal with the ear tips that were included inside the box. The cable is hassle free and durable. I am pleasantly surprised at how great these fit around my ears and the comfortability using them in long gaming sessions. Bass is great, highs and lows are really good as well, from playing music to video games, to editing videos, and much more these are definitely a great bang for your buck if your looking for good quality IEMS and good sound. These are definitely not on par with any professional IEMS that are used for specific professional purposes, but Id take these to a gig, or run them in practices if im not using them on a pc as a back up. !

My only criticism is that one of the pairs got to the point where the rubber piece kept coming off in my ear, and another pair eventually the left side quit working after a period of extended use. These headphones are great!Packaging & AccessoriesFirst of all, the presentation of these was brilliant, with a nice view of the IEM’s themselves through a little window in the box. with a fine white card box inside which is a foam mount for the earpieces and two smaller boxes for the other components. This means that this set would make a very nice gift for a music-lover. The excellent instruction leaflet encourages you to try out the various tips to get the most comfort and background noise isolation.In the box, there are two separate cables(one cable has an in-line mic and the other is built for professionals that perform on stage) that you can attach to the earpieces. And also plenty of accessories, such as nine different pairs of silicone and memory foam eartips and a shiny ribbed and zipped carrying case, the case is hard enough to fully protect the earphones once inside, although it’s a tight fit. Plus a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter jack, a small cleaning brush with earwax remover, and a small spring cable clip for attachment to clothing. All of the accessories came packed in the carry case in your pocket conveniently.MMCX CablesUnexpectedly I found two different cables were included, either of which can be used with the detachable earpieces. One is a top-quality twisted 4-conductor silver-plated cable for pure music listening and monitoring. The other is a thinner rubberized cable with an in-line volume and track-pause controller which works either with my phone’s headphone socket or with a USB-C to headphone adapter. The microphone quality seems to be good, with background noise kept to a minimum. A nice touch is the small sliding cable separator which allows me to tighten the fit around my neck, whether I wear the cable in front or behind my head. The 8cm of cable at the earpiece end is stiffened with a bendable wire so that I can mold the wire into an earhook to keep everything in place. Each cable end is marked left or right.And the detachable cables are an amazing idea – and even if one breaks you don’t have to wait for shipping to listen to music as you can just switch to the other cable. Both cables were pretty tangle resistant and I didn’t have any issues with them in my pocket. The noise canceling is pretty strong, and I actually missed my doorbell whilst I was listening at one point, so they’re definitely pretty good in that department.Sound QualityThe earphones themselves are fantastic! As to the sound, it was pretty impressive for $90 of IEM’s. They are really good, and for me, that is high praise given how obsessive I am about sound. The sound is absolutely amazing it’s crystal clear with a perfect amount of base and not tinny at all. They are fabulous. At the heart of that is the use of 2 dynamic drivers, plus a balanced armature driver. The latter is really working well in giving a lot of detail. If I tell you that I heard detail on tracks that I usually only get via my hifi – headphone amp – 300 quid headphones. Armature drivers tend not to be good with bass, but the dynamic drivers here deal with that aspect very well. They also make these potentially very loud – so do be careful. These truly are monitor earphones and are as good as some other much pricier sets I own. I am tempted to get custom earmoulds made for these and will explore the costs of doing this because the quality of the sound merits it.I found bass music to be their strongest point when I plugged these into an amp. Listening to some dub, the bass was tight and punchy and really well presented and didn’t once falter even at high volume levels. Listening to other types of music, rock, alternative, and folk stuff was all a pleasure with really nice, clear mids and a great overall sound. Jazz was a particular highlight. I found some pop and classical did tend to make them feel a little bit sharp. This is mostly down to their very neutral, transparent sound and could be fixed with a little EQing (just whack your app or whatever onto a rock setting would probably do it). That leads me on to the next point though, for mixing, these would be excellent. They give a really honest image and sound pretty neutral to me.The noise isolation is excellent and you don’t get any sound leakage either, it gets the job done to the point of completely drowning a fast underground train while not quite at full volume – which also means that when you’re listening to music casually the volume doesn’t have to be too high. The other thing that helps with the bass is the impressive range of earbud tips, including memory foam.Overall, I think these are excellent. As far as buds go, I honestly don’t think I’ve heard better and they competed with some of my more expensive over earphones quite well like my Shure 425’s which was mind blowing since Shure is one of your more popular brands! If you’re looking for a pretty neutral set of IEM’s then I’d say go for it, you won’t be disappointed at all. Really nice monitors for both casual listening and in a studio setting. I’m seriously impressed! Might I add, the customer service and care is out of this world and is a huge reason why I choose BASN for my monitors and always will! Customer Review: They are worth every penny. I love them. They have became my favorite pair of ear gear period, not just IEMs. I’ll edit this later to describe this pair more later. I’m trying to return something and getting no help. But these IEMs are simply amazing. The fit, the sound, espeally the fit. The way they are shaped fits right inside your ear. Set it, and forget it. They won’t move. The sound is great as well, or I would not say there my favorite. I have hundreds of buds, I have been listening to music constantly for 8 years of my life. The only time I’m not, is when I’m in the shower. Other than that I’m plugged in. So I know good sound, and what a good fit is. These are both.

Customer Review: These are going to be my first dip into pro-ish level in ear monitors. When it came to other iem’s that I have tried, I have only ever bought consumer level in-ears and some of the budget oriented monitors from KZ like the ES4 and ZSN Pro X. This is actually my first Sennheiser as well so I was rather excited due to the company’s lineage and experience.Inside the box was nicely laid out and came with everything I needed. The only gripe I had was the little “bag” that was meant to hold the iems in. It’s one of those “snap bags” but instead of having a magnetic clasp to keep them closed, its just two bits of stiff plastic that keep them closed by simply being rigid, and if you want to open the bag you push in the sides to snap it open. They really should have included a zippered bag of some kind because that would have been simpler.The comfort of the monitors is simply great. They’re small and could fit into most ears and the stiff over ear hook can easily be bent into any shape to fit any ear. Some might not like the wire design but I think it works out just fine. One very important thing to note about the silicone and foam ear tips is the cylinder of foam on the inside. Please take care when switching out tips because this foam is CRUCIAL to keeping the sound profile right. Yes, even though you can swap out the tips for more comfortable ones, you will have a VASTLY different sound profile due to the lack of dampening foam. Also, be sure to double check the nozzle itself because it too has some foam inside. For the most part, just be careful when switching tip sizes and use the cleaning tool to orient the tubes of foam so they sit correctly inside the nozzle and ear tips. I know it sounds like a hassle, but once you are aware of it, there should be no issues.For the sound quality. I have to say that these things are well balanced with some boost in the trebles that add a bit of brightness to each song. Snare drums and cymbals sound a bit more forward, but this is where the small fault comes in. There will be some songs in which the “S” and “T” sounds from vocalists will be a bit harsh, but not unbearable. Think about how recording a voice sounds like without a pop filter and you will get the general idea of what I’m talking about. This doesn’t mean the sound is totally bad, far from it. It’s just a warning that some tracks with certain lyrics will not sound the best unless the mastering of said track is a bit warmer. I have tried many genre’s with these monitors and I will say all of them are pleasing and detailed. Even the bass is well tuned and you can get a nice thump, nothing that is head rocking and muddy but good enough. I will say that these do fit within the pro range and have a rather flat curve, in spite of what you might see on some frequency response graphs. I will say that minus the occasional shrill tracks you might run into, these will fit most, if not all genres of music.In the end, these are indeed pro level in-ears that you can get for a mere $100 and they will not disappoint. If you want to hear familiar tracks in a different way, I would recommend these. But also be sure that you are listening to a good source because the clarity of these in-ears will reveal badly recorded or low quality sound files very easily. A definite must-have for music enjoyers.

They are super comfortable, and the clarity for price is otherworldly. Bass is tasteful, mids are great and the highs are maybe just a little tinny. Ensure that you have something good driving them though, as I do notice a staggering difference in sound quality from something like an iPod vs my Mac or desktop computer.
