Customer Review: “I have a Lenovo desktop, model M720T with a Gold G5400 Intel I-3 CPU. This card literally cranked up this computer more than I could have hoped. I had read and studied that this card is a perfect compliment to this CPU as neither one will choke the other so to speak. I have Plex, and was having serious stress issues with the CPU being maxed out trying to keep up with the transcoding. After installing this card I now can run all 4 of my HD Homerun Flex 4K tuners at 720P HD quality, and run 2 video sources on the computer at the same time and still navigate web pages on the computer, although it did struggle a bit, but not bad on pulling up webpages at times. This told me this card was perfect! The 6 Gig of DDR6 ram combined with the PCI Express 3.0 speeds really done the job well for speeding up this computer in everything. The only negative issues I had was with the install. Although I measured the size and it fit ok, the plug sticking up to plug the power in to the card caused me not to be able to shut the lid. I was able to find an adapter to re-route it downward, but then the adapter hit the cage that holds spin drives which I don’t use any more and didn’t need the space for it and I carefully drilled out the rivets and removed the cage. I then had an issue with the fold down closing and had to smash the spot flat where the plumbing is on the card to get it to shut. It did work and I got it done, but it was tough. See photos to better know what it required me to go through to get it to fit. You can see the thick rounding on the fold down that I had to flatten at the point of contact with the top of card, as it is extremely close to the case lid.
