Customer Review: Avoid. Worked fine initially, although it had a higher than normal amount of backlight bleed, which was not very pleasant. Then about 6 months later, it started to do two things. Flicker black or it would have severe screen gltiches that are difficult to describe. Rapidly flashing sqaures of what looked like static all over the place. For weeks I have been going back and forth with their customer service, trying every troubleshooting they suggested. Nothing worked. They finally acknowledged a refund, but told me to go through Amazon. I tried that, but because its been 6 months, Amazon can’t do it. Only the seller can. I informed them of that, and I didn’t hear back for a week. (What a shocker >_>) I emailed them again, and they acted like I hadn’t done troubleshooting and suggested some things I have already tried. I don’t know if they are playing dumb or trying to weasel out of their warranty guarantee. I replied and told them that I had already done all that, and reminded them that they acknowledged a refund. I am waiting to hear back, but I am already bracing for this to be an unpleasant hassle trying to get my money back for this pos product. Don’t buy from them.

I have a small table so I was worried about the size, BUT the small base is a lifesaver and also has a smartphone holder which I’ve never seen on a monitor before, as well as a super convenient USB-C charging port. The setup process couldn’t have been easier, as no tools were required. While setting it up, I noticed the tripod socket on top of the vertical stand which is perfect for my webcam / lighting setup. Once I had it set up via the Display Port 1.4 option, I couldn’t believe how good the quality was. I didn’t expect it to be that much clearer than my 1440p 144hz monitor I had before, but it was a game changer. When I loaded up my game, I could INSTANTLY tell not only the quality difference but also the refresh rate. 160hz combined with 4K felt like I was gaming on a NASA computer for the first time ever LOL. Customer Review: After a month of use I am ready to give it a simple review. As a lifelong gamer with eyes sensitive to ghosting I’m usually a harsh critic when it comes to most screens. So when I say that this discount off-brand monitor blew my mind please know that this isn’t an exaggeration. Yes I may have gotten lucky, but regardless the model sent to me is surpassing every expectation. PROS: Speed – The screen seems most comfortable at either 120hz or 200hz. It felt a little off at 165 but that may be my own eyes. Setting overdrive to Off or Normal seems to give the best results along with the high refresh. Color – HDR is pretty damn good on this thing. Not as good as some expensive oleds would be but still surprisingly good. Otherwise set the screen to Movie for the brightest and most vivid SDR colors. Cons: MPRT felt weird to me. Reverse ghosting weird. So just leave that off. Wasn’t too big a fan of the VRR but it definitely works fine. Just kinda mutes the colors a notch and feels like strobbing but that is probably just my eyes. My friends and wife have all said it looks great with VRR to them. I just keep it set to 200hz Conclusion: For the money you cant beat this screen. Ive been using it with games both on my PC and also streaming with GeForce Now (which seems to lock to 120hz on it) and it works great either way.

Customer Review: This is a BUY! Ignore the complaints; if it comes defective, you can just return it or replace it. The quality is very nice, feels sturdy and rigid, easy to tilt or rotate. The quality of the screen is amazing, and once you turn on the HDR, Damn, those colors pop! The settings are very straightforward, easy to use, and adjust to your liking. I’ve had it for a week and have had no issues. Also bought the protection plan so I know I’m covered for 4 years. Very happy I went with this over the Samsung Odyssey. The only thing I’d like to see is a future update where you can adjust the brightness with HDR on.

Customer Review: I used this for about a week and ended up having to return it. The monitor was nice looking on the desk and the connectivity options were good, but that’s it. It had had a bad glare even with no uncovered window and most of the lighting in the room coming from behind it. The picture quality was not great no matter what adjustments I made. Colors were dull and lighting was poor. Both of the computers I hooked up have great graphics, so I thought maybe something was getting lost along the way and I needed to try different cables, ports, etc. – nope. Hooked them up to a different monitor using all of the same connection methods, and got super clear, crisp colors… not dull like this one was. I tried every way to like this because the price was great, the reviews were good, and the specs were supposedly good too, but it was not good at all.****BUT the thing that made me decide it HAD to go back was the sound!!!**** It had SUCH a bad high-pitched whine no matter what I connected, how I adjusted settings, etc.! I thought it would go away or tried troubleshooting once again hoping maybe was a connection issue, but stripped down to it’s barest connections, with the best cables, and across every device I tried it with, the whine was still there. It seemed to be the loudest around the monitor’s power adapter, but it was practically a scream, so it didn’t really matter what part of the thing it was coming from. Again, totally gone now that I have a different monitor connected, so the monitor was definitely the culprit. Save yourself the trouble of a bulky return package, and pass on this monitor! I have Samsung, HP, Apple, Lenovo, and LG monitors. None have these issues. I use the set up where this monitor was for work, gaming, graphic design, and streaming – on both a Mac and a PC, so this monitor got a pretty fair shot at everything. The one I replaced this monitor with is a fairly spec equivalent LG that is also a smart TV, and it was only $120 more. I’m sure there are other similar options out there for probably even closer to this price without the tv options. Customer Review: I have had this for a month so this is a legitimate review. It’s great and it’s very big. I play primarily Sims 4 and Rimworld so this monitor is extremely immersive. In addition picture quality is great but there is some backlight bleed. It’s up to you how much you tolerate but for me it doesn’t distract from games and movies I watch. You have to play around with the color quality bc there are so many options. So make sure you read the directions that come on how to set it up. Again extremely wide. And I love it. No complaints.

I was this close to going with the 240 Hz glossy version (the UCDM), but I ended up with this one because the matte anti-glare finish was a must for my bright room… and honestly, it was the right call. No glare drama, even with sunlight coming in. This thing is a huge upgrade from my old Dell — like night and day. Customer Review: This is the best monitor ive ever seen in person, i can hardly believe the clarity. I use it for gaming and desktop apps and it performs like a pro. Yes the price was seriously high, but you get what you pay for. Screen glare is very low so i do not see any reflections from light sources behind me. Setup was easy and the packaging was very good. I used a monitor arm and not the included stand, that was super easy to setup as well. My only complaint is while the monitor controls are very easy to use, the on screen menu is so small on the base resolution it’s hard to see/read. But that is no reason not to buy this fantastic monitor. Before i bought this i had read that some people had noticed something around text characters like ghosting, i cannot see anything like this, text seems very clear and crisp. In conclusion, if you have a good pc and want to get the most out of it this monitor is a must have.
