Customer Review: This year as a part of their Christmas, my wife and I decided to get the boys their own laptop (although they still prefer their tablets for now) to get them started on learning what a scary place the internet has turned out to be. Setting up the laptop was pretty easy when it came out of the box. The screen quality is sufficient for their age and the speed of the CPU/onboard GPU is strong enough to allow them to play their games. Battery life is about average for this size of laptop. If you’re looking for a “starter laptop” for your growing kids, this one will give you great value for your money.

Customer Review: I bought these laptops for my employees at work. Very good processor and handles all of our systems we use. They are super affordable and comparable to what we’ve had in the past with much more expensive HP laptops. Great for everyday use and work functionality, like Office products, etc. But probably wouldn’t recommend for gaming as there are much faster options out there, and will cost more money. Overall, I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a functional, everyday use computer. We plan to buy one for our 12 year old daughter for her birthday.

Customer Review: This is a pretty good laptop for what I paid for it. It can at least play most games on medium to low settings, it boots up quickly & runs tasks smoothly. I’ve never had any issues with overheating or anything bad like that. The only thing that annoys me is the textured screen, which might be my fault, I didn’t realize that’s what a matte screen was, but sometimes I don’t notice it & also sometimes I do have an issue where I have to forget my WiFi & reconnect it & sometimes I have to restart it to get it to connect. But otherwise it’s good.

I have sent emails to “NIAKUN” no response. I have called them no response. I went thru Amazon help and they called for me I was put on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. Didn’t see the MP for the camera (unless I overlooked it, which I may/may not have done), and got the surprise of my life. 480 MP… for the camera. Customer Review: I had zero complaints about this laptop, until I decided to set up my two monitors to it. It easily handled one HDMI monitor, but I also have a 4k monitor that I use. My last Dell laptop that I purchased in 2022 didn’t have an issue with the two monitors and a dongle, but this one wasn’t working and has sent me on a journey. I have had to purchase a “displaylink” device to plug the monitors into, then the device plugs into the 3.2 USB port. The laptop identified the monitors and now they work, but then the machine wouldn’t recognize my external hard drive (which it was fine before I installed the displaylink device). This displaylink device only plugs into the USB port (no other power supply for this device- in hind sight, I probably should of bought one with it’s own power source). So I thought,” well it came with a portable SSD so that should work,” but no, it didn’t work either. Next I discovered I needed to buy a USB 3.2 “Hub” with it’s own 24W power supply so it’s not drawing power from the laptop to work. I needed to plug the displylink device and the external hard drive into the powered hub (or dongle), and everything is finally working as needed. All this because I wanted to connect TWO monitors to the laptop. I honestly had no idea laptop ports could have low power issues. Live and learn.Everything else is top tier for this machine. The lifetime windows 11 Pro worked seamlessly, the power supply plugs into a power jack (not the type-c port), it came with nice extras including a mouse pad, low profile mouse, usb extender cable, hdmi cable, portable SSD, and a 6-in-1 c-type hub (or dongle). Unfortunately, this included dongle wouldn’t work either when I installed the displylink device. I could plug my keyboard receiver into this dongle and it did work for that along with the displaylink. It’s also worth noting, the type-c port on this machine is NOT a thunderbolt port, it doesn’t as much power as a thunderbolt port.If you don’t need the second monitor, I think everything on this machine works great and it comes with so many nice extras. I just thought I would share my experience incase this helps anyone else and saves them some time.
